With that target, it's really  a big hyped and  an imaginable even those optimistic investors will not aim to that but achieving back the last height or double it up to maximized the profits, but reaching 150,000$ a big doubt and a huge amount of money to place inside this industry before reaching that amount
of value per ETH.

We have to stay positive and focus  but not too greedy to secure our assets and investment, future will be bright for people who have good anticipations
believing that the industry will boom again and achieve more.

ETH has a good team of developers and a close-knit community that gives the project great potential, but the last 1000x rise was due to the popularity of ICO on the ether platform, and the next one depends on many variables.

Being a co-founder, I expect him to be optimistic about the future prospects of Ethereum. But to be realistic, I don't agree with him when he says that ETH can reach a market cap of $17.5 trillion. The technology behind ETH is a bit outdated, I'd say.

I dont agree whatsoever with him but people take price predictions too seriously.  Nobody can predict what will happen they are just numbers thrown up into the air.

This prediction is incorrect. There is no real data. Imagine ETH  Become Global Settlement , up to $150,000. I can't imagine, I want to say that you first solve the ETH congestion problem.

Well Joseph Lubin is much more optimistic then Vitalik Buterin in the question of ETH price  It is hardly to believe in such scenario even considering that I like Ethereum development

He has right to dream  Ethereum even can't reach $1000 again if there's no big update, if they don't change the way how to use ETH. You can see, ETH is created to make a infrastructure for everyone can easily to create token. Ethereum DApps is left behind by TRON and EOS.

Wasn't it enough to say that Ethereum nowadays is already globally competent? I think what they should focus is the great Ethereum blockchain adoptions to implement different ethereum Dapps to make the most out of their blockchain and to support the world with a service that is as fast as 30 seconds.

I think Ethereum will be here in the future. And especially in the years 2022-2023, I think the Ethereum price will be quite high. But the $ 150000 is too much. I don't think even the price of the bitcoin can reach that price. So this guess unrealistic to me.

Anything is possible, but I doubt Ethereum can get that high. It has historical issues and good competition.
Clearly his optimism is based on Bitcoin bullish sentiment, but I'd read his statement more like "I am confident in Ethereum and you should be too". And his confidence is biased.

I agree because Ethereum is one of the Altcoins that will be affected when Bitcoin's piice will go down. Hard to speculate but the possibility is always there. This could also be something that  make hype. The questionis when will it happen? And how long does it take for Ethereum to reach such all time high. Though we will never know about everything but still 1000x is too hard to believe for now.

It is absolutely possible if there can be a complete revolution in the market, revolution in the sense that all other coins are locked out of the market and converted to BTC or ETH for their projects, if BTC and ETH was the only standing coin for investors, traders, projects and institutions to use, believe me, it would not have been difficult.

Total market cap right now is over 200 billion dollars, out of which BTC is having like 80 billion and eth 18 billion, making it total of 98 billion, imagine that the only coin left in the market is BTC and ETH as an alternative, it means the whole marketcap outside that of BTC and ETH would have been in these 2, and before that 2025, it is likely they have multiplied to the amount predicted.

lock all altcoins and leave bitcoin and ethereum. this is more unlikely because crypto is very decentralized, so nobody controls it then who can do that. everyone wants to get profit from crypto whether it's a developer or an investor. so this method cannot be applied for any reason.

ethereum reaching 150K is an extraordinary thing, if it becomes a reality I will be very happy. it's equivalent to my income for 15 years. but I think this is impossible and too much. doubling 2x or 3x may still be normal, the rest is only speculation without a definite reason.

Well for the fact that I know ethereum is a very a good project, it is next to impossible getting to that kind of height for now unless the ethereum team are planning of an upcoming event that would drive the price of ethereum high, because eth now have great competitors like Eos that even have much more to offer to the Crypto community, but if the price of bitcoin gets to $100,000 then I can say ethereum will also grow because it has huge trading volume than so many coins in existence.

I want to believe that but I dont believe that. Just imaginate what market cap. shoud be if we are expect such a high price. My dreams is Ethereum at 1000$ But if it will be higher - that is also not bad.

I find it difficult to believe, but that does not mean ETH isn't worthy or lacks the capabilities to grow; It does but this price looks unrealistic.

exactly, in any case the cofounder does not argue that the price will come down. everyone believes their project will be more valuable. honestly eth is not one of every shitty coin in the market, but 1000x is a little more.
