It depends which project you invested. I have joined some IEO recently, most likely they have a working products and solid project. Just do more research about the project before investing. But I feel like they have potential in future.

The fact that IEO is a form of mobilization is very smart because it minimizes risks for investors. Therefore, for those who have lost their money in this market, they lose faith and consider it a fraud.

How can you say it is cheating ? I believe there is personal cap to participating in IEO.
The problem in IEO is, you cannot just simply buying the coin when the IEO running, but you will have to compete with
other investors who want to buy the coin in IEO too. That is because the hardcap of IEO is usually not too much.

They don't promise much but owning something from the exchange so it can start up its business of facilitating buying and selling of tokens between traders by giving them the advantage of discounted trades and withdrawal fees. Moreover, this doesn't make them foolproof as an exchange can be hacked like any others out there unless the IEO offers that kind of security to the investors.

The IEO is now a trend and investors are always looking for the IEO wherever the exchange is.
The IEO is now preferred because it is safer than ICO.
we know that the IEO can touch hardcaps in seconds and always go up at least 500%.

Actually it's not cheating. but because competition is quite a lot we often blame. to make an investment or not depends on you. but currently many IEOs are fought over by investors. especially ieo in very fast exchange binance , I myself also include people who like to invest in the IEO

But IEO is just a tad upgraded ICO nothing more. If you like the project you can invest without any problem.

No it is not cheating.

It is just a middleman guaranteer for ico's. If guaranteer is a new exchange you never heard before can be risky. But it is something established like binance, bittrex, kucoin that would be ok to join.

Some exchanges and the projects that are involved in IEO to get money are now and will be very deceptive or copulatory.
There is no getting away from it - the shell has changed, but the essence can also be rotten, like in some ICO projects

No matter what they do, its not entirely for the public good, IEO make things so hard for investor to get a chip of them, at least from what I see from binance. Certainly they say it's fair exclusively for their holders, but sometimes the reverses for hidden investor doesn't justify enough. Still there's nothing wrong with it as public perceive these token as more valuable, market gimmick or not, close your position smartly.

Instead of creating new types of ICOs, because thats what IEO does it think it would have been better to try and solve the problem with ICO scams existing on the market. Honestly, ICO projects were very good and successful before the scammers appeared in this domain so probably the same thing will happen with IEO since everyone will move there.

It still depends on the project, we have seen how many tokens are being dumped but eventually pump, because there are real platform behind them and it has something to offer to the community, so before you think you are late in buying be sure to analyze the project and check if the community really needs this token and it marketable.

I still can't believe people think that a coin that goes to market via an IEO can be better than all others and I can't believe people who think projects on IEO are strictly scams for pump and dumps and exchange volume increasing.

I am sorry but in our world there is two truths, one is ICO's or basically all new coins that come up are either looking to create a great coin and want their own coin to be number one even over bitcoin or they are looking to scam people, now the ones that want to be great sometimes go really high but generally they fail not because they are scammers but because they failed. IEO makes sure that you get to still have that trouble of a coin going up or failing but at least it removes the scammers from contention which is great help, you should like that option, maybe not love it but at least like it.

IEOs are now a kind of trap. Especially with those you purchase with the exchange native token. If you are not lucky enough to  Uyên the coins, then you watch the value of the native coins drop in minutes. I am still running at loss on kucoin last IEO

If you are investing in IEOs, just make sure you are doing so in well recognized exchanges if you want to make good profit after the sales. All these IEOs in all these small exchanges comes with a big risk and it is not feasible if one could make profit after it.

Cheating is everywhere. Including in IEO projects. You should not participate in the IEO on the little-known exchanges that do not value their reputation.
On large stock exchanges, IEOs generate good profits, but it is very difficult to get into the number of investors. However, it is worth trying to do it.

IEOs or ICOs, I do not think the focus should be on either,the focus should be on the quality of project itself.If a project is bad,it will bring you loses (especially after the early hype) ,investors will discover they bought shitty coins and then selloff quickly,dump

Last IEOs on the Binance surprised me and I will never join to the IEO on the Binance. The BitTorrent IEO was sold out less than 15 minutes and there are big whales that bought high amount of token.
