Update 1:
The network does seem to be holding stable, so that's a good sign. Yes I am finding tons of blocks in cgminer, but so far only 2 confirmed to network and that's NORMAL for a coins this fast and this early. That's good actually, it means someone else is/was finding those blocks at the same time and got them to network first.
Difficulty is retargeting sucessfully it appears. Went from 106 when I got on, to 109, to 13something, to 146, to 183. Looking like the targeting is working, although quicker than 5 minutes, but that's fine right now.
