It seems that bitcoin for a Lambo is getting popular recently. There are two other sites offer the same thing, they are winalambo.com and freebitco.in
The only site that I trust is freebitcoin as it has been running for years already.
This site is not even secured by SSL certificate and the other thing addressed by Mirae is not showing that it is a good site to trust.

Well one can not have 100 percent judgement base on the graphics of a site, if the team behind this lottery is legit then the look of the website does not matter as long as the website is having the necessary features to aid the selection process. What I want to know is it only one Lamborghini that is going to be won, 0.005 btc is good enough for a lottery of 21,000 tickets.

There will be free tickets via referral so they might get lesser, that's if they will be able to gather the finds they need. The funds should escrowed, we don't know whether if they will continue the draw if they won't be able to sell majority of the tickets.

Thank you for all your comments since our initial posting. We have had a lot of emails and also a number of attempts to purchase tickets via the entry page. These tickets sales will obviously not be fulfilled at this time as the draw doesn't open until 00:00 UTC 1st May, but we realise the ticket page perhaps wasn't clear enough and have added a bold notification of when tickets can be purchased. Apologies for any confusion on that.

In other comments made via email and here, yes of course we are making some profit from the draw after covering costs - that is how we are operating it, and we are planning to operate further bitcoin draws in the future (although this will be our one and only Lamborghini offering). We have set a profit margin that we feel is reasonable for the costs and logistics involved and yet also offers players a very fair margin of winning, as some have already calculated from ticket numbers against prize cost/overheads. We would add, however, that our profit margin is not as simple as number of ticket sales x cost of ticket vs cost of the car. Operating costs, especially with the logistics involved for a prize draw such as this one, are more substantial than may be imagined.

There is some concern about the scenario where the allocation of 21,000 tickets are not fully sold, along with the length of time the ticket sale for the draw will operate. Valid points, and we will be making additions to the website to cover this over the next few days.

Firstly, from our own experience in this sector and market testing earlier this year, along with the early positive response to the website, we are anticipating a swift and complete sale rather than the opposite. The referral system in particular has proven popular at all stages. In the event however of this not happening, we have a small 'buffer' number that the ticket sale can still be closed at. In the extremely unlikely event that the sale still does not succeed in reaching this number, then all tickets will be voided and funds will be returned to the wallet address they were made from. All funds from ticket purchases are held in separate addresses by player, easily visible on the blockchain, and this group of addresses are effectively 'escrowed' and are not touched unless a) All tickets are sold whereupon the funds are utilised for the prize, or b) The unlikely event of the draw being cancelled, whereupon the transactions are reversed to the addresses they came from.

In terms of ticket sale duration, we have to be guided up to a point by the rate of ticket sales over time, but rest assured this sale will not be entirely open-ended, nor indeed run for months or anything like that. It will be fairly easy to judge early on how long it is likely to take to complete the sale of tickets, and we will keep everyone updated on progress via email, posts on here and other places we are active, or players can check for themselves via the ticket sale progress bar on the front of the site.

True, if the lottery goes right then they may earn a lot of money but imagine if the all tickets are not sold after some months or even more than a year? Would you mind to wait for that long time without any guarantees of refund if the lottery does not reach its target? The drawing is also will be done live, but it does not guarantee that it is fair. No one should fall in this kind of non provably fair lottery especially it is related to not small amount of money. I do not even dare to buy single ticket to be honest.

Too expensive for a normal gambler, .005 if being lucky you'll be able to have a lambo of your dream, but that numbers of available tickets will be tough to sell out, as most gamblers already have doubts with the capabilities of the site owner, not even a secured site for collecting such amount of money considering selling out every tickets.

Yes its been popular since bitcoiner are came up to make Lambo the concept are good with a low price ticket, but we cannot guaranty our winning in this site because this is new launch in the market. Just saw this on the website recently when I try to visit.

Why is this "lambo lottery" thing is getting so much attention lately. There is another dude doing it called "winlambo" or something and he has been trying to get people buy tickets for months now (with no success obviously since he still didn't giveaway the lambo) and there is a freebitco.in lottery starting soon that will result with someone getting 200k (instead of lambo but could be lambo if you live nearby them) and now we have this lamboforbitcoin lottery thing.

I do not understand why people suddenly think its okay to ask people thousands and thousands of dollars just for lambo whereas we still do not know how trustworthy you are, if I believed I can win I would just go to primedice or any other trustworthy place, put the ticket number and make it as low possible of win as possible and bet, mostly it is x9900 so I can put up like 2 dollars and get 180 thousand dollars anyway. So, why would I join a lottery that I don't even know. Where and how did all this craze started ?
