It's not that it's totally unregulated, maybe less regulated is the right word for this.

I am not in favor of using the scam excuse to increase the regulations. See what is happening now. The government has made KYC mandatory for all the exchanges and they are forcing the Bitcoin mixers to close down. Rather than going after the ICO promoters and exchange owners, they seems to be more interested in harassing the ordinary users. The point is that the government is not interested in protecting the users from scams. They are only interested in increasing their tax revenues.

Government only think how to earn much tax from crypto investing without care with investor lost, they only calculated with how many percent of tax have been paid by crypto project if allowed or legal currency payment for the future. Investors are easy to deceive in this market because they have the wrong ideas about it, how many come to this market thinking they can make a lot of money quickly?
