I hope this will answer your question about the connection between noah blockchain and qdao. QDAO will act as a governance token that will become a share for the investors to decide what will be the future plan that must be taken by the team. It's similar as stock or shares.

Later they are giving personal photos in their social media and behaving like other companies once the price of QDAO reaches more than 40$ in the market. So let me understand: I wanted to be able to take advantage of USDQ; to do that, I was told I should buy QDAO and, I did it! But they were not given to me, because there is a program for stabilizing the price, which provides for them to be delivered within 20 months. Meanwhile, price stabilization is unsuccessful, IEO or in any case the sale to the public for the month of November, is not implemented but, my attention shifts to NOAH, of which, given the precedents with USDQ and QDAO, I will not be able to understand anything, if not perhaps, after everything has gone up in smoke. I follow for the NOAH team only. For example, the last blog post is a weekly Q&A. The last one was about Noah City and their citizenship. As I saw Platinum team grow but NOAH foundation as founders are untransparent. The blog promises to disclose them soon but I don't know when.
USDQ is a part of QDAO project only. And those QDAO will be found on the NOAH blockchain by Platinum team. That's why I try to follow for the whole because they are linked closely
