I think at this point in the crypto ecosystem, anybody entering a buy should do his or her own research and not rely on speculations. Speculations might be wrong and misleading.
Yes. Research is still the best thing to do particularly for newbies who are not yet aware of the market price fluctuations. If they think they will be able to make profits with this positive market, then they should stand for it and not just believe on other's speculations. I know the market has seen a growing price but we should let them decide on their own based from their own studies and research.
That is right, everything has a good outcome if you are doing good research on it. But I personally don't force newbies to engage bitcoin I let them discover how bitcoin it works and how volatile it is. Of course, they must know how risky in cryptocurrency that they must know on it. However, you can advise newbie in a motivated way so that they will not get encouraged.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I think I will advice them to enter now, judging from the market trend and the feedback from several companies, bitcoin showed a great performance and got a big potential to rise again, if the price is not going up now, in the long term we will see bitcoin price going up, but I will also let them know about the risk, so they can prepare their mentality when something goes wrong
The present condition of the market is quite impressive and i think this price will grow even mord in the following days. This could be a great entry for newbies but they should see to it that they will make a wide study first on the crypto market and know the risks in it before making such investments. In this way, they can be more aware on the do's and dont's of crypto investments.

Let a newbie understand first how the blockchain technology works and what is cryptocurrency. If they put an attention and been able to voluntarily seek help with us. Then that is the time we have to give advices and help them with their journey. It is easy to understand the bitcoin's price since it is volatile but it is not necessarily to introduce bitcoin based on the current price. It will just lead them to confusions and vague.

Willingness to enter cryprocurrency is a good sign that they are very interested to learn.

With this backdrop in mind, will you advise a newbie to bitcoin to enter at this stage so he can be able to ride the coming "boom" or will you tell him to wait some more until the market is dipping?

No. Everybody has to do his own research and take the decision if and when to "enter" Bitcoin.
Also a good strategy for somebody that wants to buy and hold is to buy over longer period of time, so the up/down fluctuations get somewhat equalized.
All I can tell is that the market starts looking good and I am almost convinced it should grow. But this means nothing, really.

That's right. Not just because the price of Bitcoin is slowly rising up once again, it will be the right time to encourage newbies to get along to join the crypto community and start purchasing Bitcoin as well as other cryptocurrencies in the market. Still, wise individual will do research at first before entering into something. Better let them discover it since Bitcoin is still popular as of today so let them do the action to decide if they will get into purchasing Bitcoin right now.

~
I always say, invest a small amount and get your foot in the door, if it goes to the Moon, you make a huge profit and if it tanks.. then you only lost a small amount.  Roll Eyes

But let's be realistic Smiley, you won't make a huge profit investing small amount in BTC. Yes, Bitcoin can rise threefold within several months, but hardly more than that. If you invest $100, you earn, what, $200, is that a huge profit? But if you meant waiting years, I'd rather agree with you, because I think thirty-fold and even forty-fold increase from today's price is possible in the long run.

A suggestion maybe but advising someone hmmm, its more likely you are forcing them to invest on bitcoin.

IMO I think it is a good time to invest on bitcoin now but its not the best because the best to buy have already passed when it reached $3k but still we dont know what will happen it may drop but also it may go higher.

This is only a guess but i think that bitcoin will go high. Maybe not this month, maybe not this year, but it's a long-term investment, because of the huge development of bitcoin. There are many factors indicating that bitcoin is growing, and i'm not talking about the price directly. The price is just the reflecton of actions the whole crypto system is making, but the crypto industry is growing and won't stop. We're in the middle of something bigger than just investments, i truly think that cryptocurrencies can change our world. Bitcoin won't be king forever, but for a long time - yes. So, summing up, i would advise anyone enter not only bitcoin but cryptomarket as a whole, not only by investing in it but also following the news, and trends that are spreading all over the world

Instead of advising them to join in Bitcoin during this time, I think it's best to share some information on how bitcoin works so they won't regret their decision to enter cryptocurrency.
I would advise them to seek knowledge about it first before they decide to invest.
Everyone has the right to enter Bitcoin but as bitcoiners,
we should help newbies to make the right decisions and actions.
We need advice to the newbie and its very important, because if once you advice they will get conscious on bitcoin. And tell them that if enter bitcoin theres a lot of profit they earn and it gives many advantages. Let them know that the price is increasing and very useful. Even if they are not so interested we sure they enter if they will know a lot about bitcoin.

I also never advised them because this is not a reasonable advice for them, as a newbie, they need to read more about the information and what they can face when investing and participating in bitcoin, and they need to have self-awareness and responsibility for this problem. We cannot help them make decisions because they cannot rely on us forever, investment is a war, we can help them once or twice but we cannot help them during this battle, they need to exist without our support, if they cannot overcome these first difficulties, they will not be able to grow in this world

I wouldn't want to get blamed. I'll try to explain the pricing and let him decide whether he want to buy now expecting and increase later or if he'll wait for a decrease (though I don't think it'll be dropping back to 3k within this year).

I think this time is safe for newbies to start to invest in bitcoin. It seems that the price will not go down to $3.000 again. Actually I have given advice to some people to invest in bitcoin but most of them didn't care about my advice. I only can make one of them to invest in bitcoin, so I teach him how to invest, but now I lost contact with him so I don't know if he still invest.

I will agree with you. The market proved that it is not going to die even if it falls to the bottom. Now, people are more confident in cryptocurrency. It is one of the best periods to enter the market.

At this time (right now) I would say NO! Now isn't the time to buy in because it's already bad timing. Anyone who buys in now will be doing so chasing  the sentiments of others. In an ideal market, buyers should buy low and sell on the high. But chasing the market or price means the buyer is buying high. Bad strategy. So, all newbie traders/hodlers should just take a chill and look out for a retracement before buying in. Hopefully, next week should present us with that retracement.

There's plenty of space for newbies in crytocurrency but if they wan't to join the fun, I don't want to be an instrument in teaching them the ins and outs of cryptocurrency. I wan't them to discover it by themselves and let them research about it. I have introduced cryptos to my friends and success rate is very low. Crypto not really for everyone and most would think its a scam or networking.

Thus, newbie should put some extra effort to have knowledge of what they want to know about, this is just to give help for them from being out of the track.

You can advise to enter the market already, only if you are advised to think like an investor, that is, you will not have profits right now or in the short or medium term, you will have to have or learn to have the patience of an investor.

If you need patience, have time and money, it is best to tell him not to lose the moment and buy everything he can, because we are in a phase of accumulation where it is ideal to buy and hold.

Now if the newbie is a person who is really committed, will buy, and will take all this time, in months, years what it takes to learn to understand the market, their movements, to know how is the market, and in turn , it will increase its level of learning when it discovers that the accumulation stage is the cheapest stage where you can buy the currency or stock, where the greatest benefits will come from the bitcoin starting its bullish trend stage and finally selling or continue to maintain in its distribution stage.

If you teach it that way, I think you can be very successful, it would be a successful rookie, since what is certain is that bitcoin will grow in price, it is not known when, but it will.

Yes. A lot of traders speculate that Bitcoin will have been growing by the end of this year. But that's always a risky market. There's no such ascertainment like "the best time to invest". To me, it is always the right time to invest in, but just consider if Bitcoin is the right choice. Quite apart from BTC, there are also some other altcoins which are promising, like for example XRP, Dash, NEO or FuturoCoin.

I think 'crypto world' is not for everyone, a lot of people look at it in a negative way as a scam or something. At the beginning I was sceptical about Bitcoin etc, but I completely changed my mind over time, I find crypto really interesting, that technology and the market situations are so engrossing. I would introduce someone into it and encourage to read some articles which shows how it works

You are pretty much mistaken here. Currently the market is going up and its being bullish for the last week. Projected prices of bitcoin are being speculated to reach 7k USD soon this weekend if a crash does not occur before it. This is the time to sell bitcoin if you have been holding something that you bought at a lower position. Getting into this market or buying in would be a wrong choice at this time. That would be good once a correction sets in.

I'm not giving investment advice to anyone, I don't want to be the one stuck with complaints when they inevitably lose their money.
Heck, some people would even buy when the market has obviously reached an all time high and will go down again.

Nope, not doing that, let everyone figure it out for themselves.
