that after withdraw open in binance BNB
will drop so should i sell now and buy
back after withdraw open ?

for now it's better to sell, there is no sign that the BNB price will rise again. holding now isn't too profitable. better focus on ethereum or bitcoin. and after the BNB goes down, you can buy it again.

this is just a suggestion, because in the end you will determine it

That was a good price, now btc has more value than when you bought the coin.
I don't see any drop on BNB coin value, instead the BNB coin value increasing to $28 currently.
You must not always get affected from what you heard. If the project is good, then the more you have reason to not sell it.

I doubt if there will be an effect on BNB price after the hack. Binance had taken fast action and secured all funds on the recent attack. There are also IEO projects coming up in binance. Do not listen to humors, not unless there is a solid basis.

No there is no effect on the market value of BNB after Binance got hacked. Binance had been very quick with announcing that they will cover the loss and this was something that kept things pretty good without letting the hack affect the price of BNB. It is in fact rising and has been gaining weight. It was around $8 when Binance got hacked.
