If bitcoin continues to make move like it's making now 300 is most definitely possible but if ETH decides to make a bull run of its along with BTC's then the price could very well go above 500.

I also believe that ethereum could make $300 or more when bitcoin continue rising up the price, ethereum has a good potential in the crypto market that could get more investors and the support from the community. Ethereum would make bull run i think this year.
