Over the past 30 years, salary never goes up, I know because I saw the salary today is same as my first salary 30 years ago, I’m not disclosing my age, so don’t be too paranoia, but the price of everything goes up thru the roof, the only person who salary goes up are (ikr, salary must kept secret because it is case sensitive, don’t tell anyone else!), ok, enough rant! Try to tell your kids to work for a salary in the future, I think they could barely afford a piece of beard!!

It's really a huge topic to discuss because we don't know how the price of goods are developing and also we don't know why we are in the same salary getting person from a long period of time but after the entry of Crypto field once our investment price increases our product also improves that is the best and good thing in Crypto field

In my country, the increase of salary will also depend on the approval of government's national wage board and its economic planners. If there is a need for another salary increase, the wage board will make a decision and then send it to the economic secretary for approval. This salary increase includes both the public and private employees. Salary increases already happened here many times and within that 30 years of your employment.

It could simply be defined as "Inflation".
The inflation rate is always higher of each country then the salary we get. Salary's are actually in a fixed amount and depending on the demand and supply factor for each commodity, the demand is continuously rising as the population is getting developed which leads to a rised price for each commodities.

There is vast opportunity in the world of blockchain to make a stable income no matter the inflation rate but yet we can make our financial lives much stable with the jobs offered in blockchain network.

In my country the increase of the salary is being protested of every workers group yearly. With the sudden law that they passed the price of our products are rising the affected people are those who are below average, I'm hoping that my government will come out with a solution to help those people, the small earners to earn more to support their families

Indeed normally the salary should be increase by year to year depend on how long we work at the particular companies but the salaries almost became an global issue for every countries in the world that the employments were never satisfied with their salaries because their daily needs costs became so expensive but unfortunately nothing to do with it unless you're accept it

I don’t see this as global issue and we should not generalize this, most people that usually complain of salary issue are government workers because their salary is tied to what government earns from whatever means they are using to generate money for the government.

Salary increase all relies on the economy of that country and how functioning and powerful the economy is in terms of business, take for example the great china, I have so many friends there that lives a comfortable life, they earn a lot while the cost of buying things are very low. And I think another thing the government of some countries needs to control is inflation, it’s not that the salary is low, but because of inflation, the price of commodities becomes higher than what the salary can take care of.

Well to be honest only 1% of the companies in this world are one that takes care of the people that they are employing .
Other than that company thinks of their own profits , not of the people , even teachers employed in schools are paid far less that we could imagine speaking personally from my Mother's point of view.
It's just too sad to think that this is how it works , it's how it goes and until and unless you are having a job in Google or apple you need to shake hands with things like this , if you want to earn your daily bread , also the governmental laws protecting it are too easy on the companies .
I find trading and earning Bitcoin more profitable as compared to some of  the daily jobs.

I will suggest a stable and random table for all the workers, that every four four years of of service work there should be an increment in the workforce to make the workers happy and fully ready to work. An increment in the workforce make workers fully dedicated to work. So as to reduce the appearance of strike. Yes of course, you cannot compare salary to the price of bitcoin, because even if your salary goes up, you are being paid in fiat and fiat is prone to inflation all of the time, this means that even with the increase in your salary, you might not be able to buy more things than you can buy some few years ago, it might be worst to the extent that you can't even buy up to what your salary could buy some few years ago even after a huge raise in salary, so I don't see any reason of comparing the price of bitcoin with salaries been paid.

You are right, when viewed from the economy from year to year salaries always go up, but actually it only adjusts to the increase in the price of goods, which is why even though salary figures increase but the value is the same as our salary in the previous year, and we have to think about how to manage inflation is one of them is to invest or buy gold.

This is what happens in late stage capitalism.  Companies are loyal to their shareholders and not to their relatives.  I have relatives that were making more out of high school in the 1980s out of high school that college graduates make now and that is not even factoring in inflation.  It used to be possible for a person to just work a normal job and live just fine, now people are working multiple jobs and still can't afford rent.

If he is not satisfied with his salary, then there is no other way for him than to search for another job which will pay him more than his salary before. But that will be difficult if he doesn't have some skills or he is a multi-talent person because nowadays, the company searching for people who have a high specification to work in their company. I think salaries still increase but it only increases at a negligible level when we see the value of goods rising too quickly, and although the government can through stabilizing the price of goods to control inflation but we should not wait for help from the government, their work process needs too much time. Instead of relying on them, I think people should work smarter and accumulate more knowledge, invest and create various sources of income, it will help us grow economically and not get too much influence when the currency is depreciated over time
