Most of them wrote their titles as Unban appeal, that is incorrect. The correct one is Ban appeal, that is guided in PM your received from admin/ mod when your account was banned.

I'm glad to see that "permanent" ban wasn't permanent for some users and that they got "second " chance in this forum, usually with signature ban.
I just feel sorry that after we fight 7-8 months for user Regulushr (and whole local community gave him support ) he didn't get another chance in this forum.
It's not clear to me why some users receive forgivness and second chance and some don't.
Can admins help us to understand?

We have one recorder for number of banned accounts and he is now unbanned by the grace of some moderator:
Member:  pirate hunter (BPIP)

He was banned 4 times before (that I know) for various reason from plagiarism to ban evasion.

On the other hand, mercy or grace is not touching other less lucky members sadly...
Maybe permabans and unbans should be reviewed again.
