Where did  you get   that  $10? I'm suspecting  you got it wrong.  The cost of card ordering was reduced by €10. Before that lessening  the cost was as much as €40. Right now it is €30  but this covers the delivery, so it's seems to be fair cost to deliver to distanced location. I wonder whether  the cost remains the same for   residents of Estonia.
