Not all IEOs are the same. IEO are the name give to ICO that are hosted in an exchange.
Not all Exchanges are same likewise the process and criterion of listing a token sell as IEO is different.
Some of well established exchanges has a dedicated team that researches and selects best of the projects that have applied for the IEO while many others just lets in for a fee.

Exactly my thought on the current IEOs. Exchanges' approach to this form of fundraising is different from each other. While only few reputable exchanges dedicate their full resources to selecting a great project, others do so just to follow the crowd and make money for themselves. IEO is good, but exchanges need to do better in offering their users juicy projects.

Been participating to some ICO projects that I like and feel happy with how it turns out, I mean the profit you will get at least it is "guaranteed" and you are no longer to be afraid for your coins of choice to be not get listed on exchanges because of scammers.

Before this, ICO has been popular. But now IEO has replaced it.

Now I have a hard time finding a project that can make me believe that it is less risky and "guaranteed" as you say. Can you tell me some similar projects?

There was a similar scenario with ICO in 2017 and people learned it in a hard way. And the same thing is being repeated for IEO.
Though I believe investor this time are much more cautious than the last time. It's just the IEO from trusted exchanges that are selling like hot cakes.
There are even some IEOs that are not being totally funded and the tokens being bought by the exchange itself.

I agree, many IEOs held by small exchangers do not generate profits even the price drops shortly after the listing on the market. I think we really have to be careful about choosing IEO even though it is now the trend of collecting new projects through IEO. Research and analysis of new projects is very important before joining and investing

Not all coins are speculative and gambling. This is true that most of coins are a bit of gambling at some point of time. But there are also some good coins that do not need any hype and speculation. They just need time to grow and there is a strong team, technology and goals behind such a project. So we must not be skeptic.

IEO ERD of Binance has been listed on exchange Binance and the price is x13 times higher and the highest is x50. I think this is one of the IEOs with the highest price increase ever

IEO now is more populer than ICO. Many of the projects that failed to try again with IEO. So I think there's no harm in trying the IEO.  Which is important before trying to make sure the coins we buy are good and are in a good and reputable exchange to reduce the risk of loss that is too large.

in my opinion IEO's hype is almost the same as ico in the previous period, where everyone put their money to profit from investments and also joined the bounty. the question is actually simple, can it reduce the developer scammers?

Yeah, I would participate in IEOs, but as you know chances to get winning tikets are so low. That's why I prefer to trade+ doing bounties as well.

i've always joined the IEO binary but never got any ticket.
its hard to get 1 ticket because there are too many participants who follow the IEO and the chance to get it is very small.
to be honest I prefer flash sale than the lottery system.

IEO is a positive way to encourage the market. But some of the projects seem suspicious but less risky than ICO.
