Filipinos are not new to lotteries. In our country PCSO is one of the popular names when you say lottery. A lot of people stand in line and pay the numbers they want to bet on. The funny thing here is that they usually bet numbers with superstition. For example, they dreamt about their father or mother that died, they will put their mother or father's birthday there. Superstitious belief is not new to us, it is in our culture and even in lotteries, they apply things like that.

One has to either verify the facts or use their own brains that if they have won it why will I win it or how can I win it as only one out of thousands could make that on their side and rest end up losing their money . So be ready either to lose money or just to enjoy the process .

This is an incredible story and it’s the power of affirmations that have worked in his case, he manifested his desire to win a lottery and he ultimately did win it. I agree we shouldn't really take it seriously some of my fellow countryman are spending too much on lottery,
Saving some money just to bet even if it makes them skip a meal for a day so sad that they really into it,
We shouldn't really rely on luck but we should make our own move to be rich.

Out of how many people that is buying tickets for lottery, one of our countrymen won that huge amount of money. That is around 5-6 times as much as the past winners of lottery here in the Philippines.

Not really surprised, because lottery ticket just based on your "Luck" everyone can be a millionaire from lottery only a few bucks from the ticket if he was very lucky. I think he is a lucky and blessed person. He has nothing to give his kids a better life but he got something to make it happen.
