Honestly he’s story is one of the most inspiring stories I have read in a while, the level of patience speaks volume and I would say that he not only lucky but blessed. It’s not easy to be patient in gambling without winning even though there might be hope that it will happen someday. This was on the news this week on our local television. A man named Vito Halasan was won a 7M canadian dollars in a draw. He is already on late 50's and is currently working as a janitor and buy lottery tickets for the hope to have a better life. I dont think that this man is lucky but i consider him blessed. They say that gambling isnt the answer to poverty but this man becomes an exception knowing he deserved to won and i know its really for him.

In every rule, there is an exception but we also should not compare his life to us. The universe wants to make him win because of some particular reasons. To be fair usually poor people play lotteries with the hope of winning millions and this situation isn't an exception.
Btw yeah, he is lucky because as you stated about poor and hard working man, there are a lot of people in his similar situation bu doesn't win so this man is lucky.

I don't argue with what you said for there are some people which are not capable of control their emotion for money is what control their act and it because they lack wise thinking/advise. However, i believe it because they lack knowledge do you remember the saying "a fool at 40 is a fool forever"

If anyone is thinking about becoming a Millionaire from Janitor (by investing his life saving in gambling), then it is sure not possible in most cases. Gambling is a risk and i do not think everyone is in a position to take such a big risk. You can earn slow or earn hard in other fields but the fear of losing all is too much in gambling.

Yes they are very random things and cannot happen every day of cannot happen to 90 out of 100 people in the same building.
