Bitcoin is better than gold and USD?

United State Dollars is a currency, gold is a precious mineral and bitcoin as they say is digital currency. But to me bitcoin is not a currency rather an asset like a bar of gold. USD and Gold is widely accepted in the world not like bitcoin. Currently I really do not see the use case of bitcoin though we say you can buy and sell will it but the question is what exactly do they buy with bitcoin? I see it to be a mere say. It is high time we started chopping bitcoin rather than making in an online currency with only buying and holding for better price.

All three can't be compared, every one is unique and have their role on economy, but if compare price then bitcoin is more expensive than gold and value a lot of USD. And bitcoin and gold can be used to get profit more than USD.

I believe bitcoin is better than gold or USD because I can use bitcoin to feel how can I use bitcoin as an asset and how can I use bitcoin as payment system. what makes bitcoin different from gold and conventional currencies is the technology. and has an equation with gold and conventional currency from its trade value. so now technology has a value equivalent to gold and conventional money depending on needs

Yes I think that bitcoin is better than gold and USD, the reason is that the price of bitcoin is almost always up and the total supply is also limited, and also cheap transfer fees

As for my own opinion it is better the bitcoin if you are investor but if you are only a normal people it‘ll be better to you to use USD.The difference between the two of this is bitcoin price is quickly moving and its goes high sometimes and the USD is still with a little bit of moving price.

Will agree with you from your point of view. Adoption is what we all cleave for and when this happen, no other currency will challenge Bitcoin again. Many are afraid of Bitcoin becasue they look at it as a coin without general acceptance from the masses. Although we are very closer to Bitcoin adoption period than never.

Gold stable because it has existed since centuries that is my opinion though, Imagine if bitcoin market capitalization is as huge as gold then bitcoin will definitely have the same chance of being less volatile too.
However we can't hinder the fact that we are nowhere to compete gold, maybe bitcoin really need to finds its place on people's mind as a digital version of gold

Bitcoin lets you move value 100000000x easier and faster and has a limited supply. its only a matter of time before BTC replaces gold as the safe haven with the added bonus of convenience, liquidity and being compatible with the 21st century

We cant compare bitcoin  of it's growth over USD because we shouldn't have to, in fact, we are using USD as our reference of bitcoin's value.  If we analyze them carefully,  they are nothing to compared of.  
What is the good thing with bitcoin is that,  it change its value and it makes people become profitable which we can't found into USD  and Gold.  And that is why,  many will preferred to invest bitcoin than of gold.

I do not totally agree on this statement but if you really think about it you actually have a point. We should not eliminate USD or Gold because they are our natural resources of money and many people will complain for sure if it happens. Bitcoin is the modern currency it is actually made for those people that are having difficulty in using cash like carrying them. Also, bitcoin fits in our generation which is technological gen. and most people prefer easy transactions like what bitcoin can do. So for me as a modern people, I still prefer bitcoin rather than gold and USD.

We should not eliminate USD

Even if we do not USD and any other currency will self destruct because of the so called inflation.

Gold can't be eliminated even if we wanted it to be.  It is the best store of Value and currently the most perfect representation of money.

Bitcoin is the modern currency it is actually made for those people that are having difficulty in using cash like carrying them.

You can always carry a credit card, or a debit card.  Why carry a case  of money when it can fit on a wallet by means of cards.

I still prefer bitcoin rather than gold and USD.

but the situation does not allow you to use Bitcoin in your everyday needs even if you  prefer using them.  This simply conclude that Bitcoin in some aspect maybe better than gold and USD but both gold and USD is way better than Bitcoin at its current state especially when it comes to store of value.

In terms of pricing, 1 Bitcoin can be far higher than one bar of gold. But the sad news is that, even if there are fluctuations with the price of the gold bar, it cannot be compared to that of Bitcoin. It is a volatile coin and its value cannot be predicted all the time. It keeps changing.
