U are actually right, I always advice people that the best IEO to participate or invest in after alot of research about the project, team and technology behind the project, it's should be IEO hosted by top 5 exchanges in crypto so as to avoid been scam by all these new exchanges that are after profits alone

No doubt you are right. I recently participated in a W12 project that conducted IEO on the CoinBene platform. And in the end, the price dropped to the bottom. Think about where to invest.

ieo lose their relevance already, look at the latest IEO balance, they give no higher than x1, I think it is not necessary to rely heavily on the fact that with ieo you can earn good money.

You are right to an extent though but I tend to see it from different angles; what the exchange which is promoting the IEO does is to verify the team but what happens afterwards isn't in their control thus not deciding if the project will do well on the long run. On the other hand, in order to be careful of not participating in a scam IEO it's better done on prominent exchanges which will try their best to ensure their integrity isn't questioned; and so far, IEOs on major exchanges have proven to be a success.

There are many of such projects that are being run on some exchanges like latoken and its similar sister sites. These day, no due diligence is done again when IEOs started. What exchanges are best at is that they charge huge  and conduct the ieo as far as they pay the said amount to them. These are the exchanges with the highest number of IEO projects in this market and more than 95% of the projects do not have a clear development and investors will never invest if it is a bad project. Most of these coins have no investors and the value is always lower than IEO so if you choose to invest it will be very risky for you. Currently, you should only trust good exchanges such as Okex, Huobi because these are two exchanges with many good IEO projects and will help you avoid more risks in investment.

Is the ticket system IEO in big exchange can qualified as an IEO ? Since the one who get the coins is the one who has lot of balance and lot of luck.

I think you might need to look into IEOs from some small exchanges even in this year, asides not making softcap they went away with the fund raised, exchange involved had refused to respond.The big exchanges IEOs review showed a bad ROI for the year except for those dumped immediately after listing. The advantage of getting an exchange list had deceived many investors.
