i have made a mistake
i payed in not enoughed for the mixing partipation and he stopped:(
i have write the support and show my letter of guarantee...but the support write only all 2-3 days Sad

what can i do .... i will start the partipation again Sad

in the FAQ from this site stands ..very importandt save the guarantee and i haVE IT ..
and they abort the transaction....
i would like try it again right but the support is very slow for answer Sad

Address ownership is proven by signing a message. Your OS and wallet has nothing to do with it.
I'm not sure what they're trying to pull, they may ask you to install malware. Either way, it's a scam.

Your coin is under their control now. It´s gone.

They are scammers, as LoyceV said. They are answering you because they want to fool you again and give them more money.

They should never ask your operation system or wallet software, as it has nothing to do with ownership. Stay away from this website, do not talk to them anymore via e-mail, because they are probably going to try to cheat you again.

Many confirmations simply means the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. The coins you sent are now firmly in their wallets. Having no outputs and being "Unspent" simply means they haven't yet moved your coins from the address you sent them to. The coins are still very much in their wallets, though.

Do not provide them with any more information and do not click on any link or download any software they may send you.

Yeah, your coins are 100% gone. There is literally nothing you can do to recover them. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and they already got your coins. Sorry. :/

Stop talking to them. Like others said, they are just acting normally to fool you again or gain time to scam others.

Next time try ChipMixer.com (see my signature). They are legit.

I only use chipmixer for mixing my coins, so i am not sure what is the best. Better try check the list above and try read people post/comment on there.

I've been using Chipmixer recently ever since Bitblender shut down. I've been looking at Wasabi Wallet's mixing service recently as well, though Chipmixer's more well-known and reputable around these parts. I've also heard of BitCloak around here, though I haven't ever used that particular mixing service yet. I'd try going to all of the sites, check out the UIs of the site and deciding which one's best.
