Maybe the wallet offline is safe enough to store the assets we have because it is not detected by the network or other people because this device works offline and is not related to any network, but I do not say that the offline wallet is one hundred percent safe

Cold wallets are definitely safer as a regular MEW, but they can be hacked as well. I do not know if there is a way to store your crypto with a 100 percent security guarantee, but banks are getting robbed as well, so there is no guarantee.

As far as I know, the hardware wallets are the safest, though if you follow all the security measures with a regular wallet, you can use MEW

Hardware wallet is the most convenient and secure method of storing your cryptocurrencies, I've been using Trezor Grin

of course hardware wallet is much safer than online wallet, but of course all of them have risks, advantages and disadvantages of each, depending on your needs

Yes, hardware wallets are the safest wallets in the cryptocurrency, although they cost money, but are still the most secure

I think that there is no need to economize money on a hardware wallet. it costs not so much. 150-200 dollars for your peace of mind.

150-200$ for a hardware-wallet would be quite expensive.
You can get the Ledger Nano S for $66,27 USD, the Ledger Nano X for $133,66 USD (only worth it if you need Bluetooth-Support and/or more storage to use more apps simultaneously without having to delete another app to free up space) and the Trezor One for $77,50 USD directly from the manufacturer.
If you decide to buy a hardware wallet Trezor, be careful when buying, order only from the manufacturer, and carefully check the package for opening - this is very important!

hardware wallet is the safest way to store cryptocurrency.. as long as you keep your seed in safe place no one can take your crypto
Still having to keep your hardware wallet seed safe doesnt mean its the safest way to store cryptocurrency ,all wallets use seeds and private keys except online wallets , the safest way to keep coins safe in crypto space to me is offline wallet
the only best wallet all time is paper wallet and hardware wallet is much better than offline wallet. Remember to do any transaction and you must do that used a connection to able create a peer to peer tx payment and broadcast it to the network.

Nothing beats a good ol fashioned paper wallet kept in cold storage.
That's where you just write down your keys and lock em up in a safe.

But for those that want to be tech savvy, hardware wallets are the way to go.
I use a ledger, and it was a bit pricy (around $100) but it has worked great.
They are ultra secure.
In order for someone to be able to steal your crypto, they would have to physically get their hands on the device and your passkey.
They are also really handy because it stores a huge variety of different cryptos and can interact with erc20 wallets.

Wallet hardware in my opinion is far safer from malware threats and scams, but you also have to be careful in storing and accessing it

You better get a Ledger!
A few days ago a guide was published on how to extract a seed from a Trezor Harware Wallet. The whole procedure takes less than 5 minutes.

You can read the complete article here: https://ledger-donjon.github.io/Unfixable-Key-Extraction-Attack-on-Trezor/

I don't think there's a big difference between hardware and ordinary wallets, the main thing is to follow the security rules and nobody will break into your wallet.

Nothing is safe in this world. I saw some post about hardware wallet where it can be also hacked. But if you talk about security then hardware wallets are the safest anosng all kind of wallet available in the market. Cause hardware wallet is not connected to anywhere and it's worked as a physical waleet disconnected all the time form everywhere. So I always recommend if you got some extra bucks always invest in a hardware wallet if it's possible.

The most reliable wallets in cryptocurrency can be considered hardware wallets, but if you follow all security measures, you can do only MEW

I am using MEW for a long time and I just change my wallet to a new one every six months, it is very easy) sometimes I just send my tokens to a new wallet
