if we are talking about altcoins, we. Should remember that ethereum is an altcoin too but plays a major role in the market. Altcoins will definitely rise when the time comes. Disregard all statements that altcoins will be left out on this bullrun

I think like that looking at the market in 2017 when the first eth price to the position of $ 1000 the altcoin price experienced a significant increase. maybe this will apply now when eth prices will increase.

Ethereum is still by far the most dominant crypto besides bitcoin.  Handles the most transactions and has the most projects on its network.  1000 is an easy goal to reach and it will happen quite soon, that is an easy 4x or so from the current price.

Partially you are correct because when you look at the price of ETH now. Secondly, ethereum is far still the most dominant and popular alternative coin after bitcoin. It has a bright future.

THose ERC-20 coins are just in contract with the ETHEREUM though they are not depending on that.
Remember that the main trading in the community is BTC-ALTS. they are depending on the demands from the people and not from the surge of ETH.

I do not agree with you, very often the price of a token does not depend at all on the price of ETH, sometimes there is a financial interdependence, of course. In my opinion, the main thing is that there was a bull season and then the bulk of the coins will show a good price increase.

eth is the altcoin's main key holder, currently altcoin may not be able to become one of the altcoins that has increased significantly. maybe in a few months it can happen and altcoin will follow an increasing trend

Ethereum is sure one of the best altcoins so far. But it will takes time maybe a long time to make ethereum back to its glory in the past. We can see the down trends right now, and it seems quite far to make it great again.

Ethereum does poses a good quality as cryptocurrency is concern but the OP seems not to understand that it not all altcoin that rely on Ethereum surge in price before they can also surge and the last time I checked coin like BNB,BSV etc still posed good trend in the market than ETH.

I am not arguing this with you really because anything can happen, but we really need to face the fact first, Ethereum already has so many competitors, and some of these competitors are really limiting Binance ability to lift their head up high again.

Ethereum surges when it was virtually the one running chain program, and every project wants to register on Ethereum being the most popular chin provider, but looking at this year after all these scammers started registering using ECR20, many are already shifting their attention to Binance and EOS, the worst is that people are running away from ICO now, and registering on IEO, while it is a must for anyone registering on Binance IEO to use Binance chain.

I agree with you on this and apart from the fact that ethereum is the key factor that will drive the principal up, ethereum is also an altcoin and so people should not generally say that altcoins are bad
