Exchanges are definitely in charge with the projects they are promoting and listing - that's obvious. And they understand this very well, they see the risks much better than us, believe me

Heh, hype which has already passed. For exchanges, this is just another way to make money; I don’t think that exchanges care about the quality of projects. Just money!

Sadly most exchanges have fake volumes and close to zero actual people trading. 99% of altcoins were going down to 0 anyway.
Exchange have bussiness they want to get only profit, no body care about how to save investor by scamer. in this fact exchange have to be trusting by people who have money to investing, no body care about exchange profit when become getting lose to investor.

It is true that it has a tremendous growth of IEOs in this days, and it might lead to a concern of the crypto users, that is both investors and and exchanges needs to be very careful in the project they accept or wishes to invest in. On the investors side due diligence should always be their watchword by making sure the team is verified and certified.

yes, for exchanges it needs kind of regulations on projects for which they will be presented as IEOs on their platform. This is very important to gain the confidence of existing users and to attract new ones.

Yes, We must stay carefull about project that holding IEO. Maybe, Some scam project can surpass this medium.
It's hard for us to know if the project is scam or not, the fact that it's in an exchange, the site alone already know if the project is legit or not, so let's assume that it's legit because it's in the exchange. However, as an investor, we need to fully understand that project listed in exchange that are not performing in its early stage are not necessarily scam, they need to develop the project well to attract investors, don't believe that projects listed in Binance are successful because they rise, no... they are just hype, we don't know if they can maintain their good price in the long run.

That is why IEOs are a lot safer to invest than ICOs because there is another layer of review that is done by the exchanges. And for sure, the exchanges will not allow themselves to be used as a platform of a dubious project. A thorough review of the project as well as its potentials in the market will certainly be conducted by the team of the exchanges. The success is therefore a little higher as compared to a very open ICO market.

A large exchange with a good reputation is itself a guarantee of the quality of IEO. Of course, investors have more confidence in such exchanges during a IEO.
then I don’t understand why some projects cannot rise the softcap on a large exchange? only Binance can guarantee 100 percent fundraising

A lot of Exchange have failed to maintain the price in their IEO. Only Binance that have successfully do it 6 times. It is because Binance gives an event after each successfull on its IEO. Or maybe they can maintain the price to keep above of IEO price. I think this is a good choice. Also it is because Binance is a largest Exchanger with a high trading volume, so it's worth it to invest on it.

They do not care about investors and their risks. They take money from listing and profits from sold tokens. That is pure business with no warranty.

Currently IEO's are becoming pupular and providing a more reliable option for new projects than ICO's. Previously a lot of new projects started by raising funds via their ICO sites and because of unregulated nature of this avenue, a lot of scammers used the medium to swindle a lot of victims.
Now the story has changed as it only serious projects that would want to go through IEO's, we no longer would hold only the project body responsible for any IEO scam but the exchange, so any exchange that values its reputation and users should do a proper scrutiny about any project before accepting their IEO sales. For instance if an exchange fails multiple times with their IEO, it will drive attention away from them, that is why Binance still draws a lot of attentions because it has recorded more successful and profitable IEO's.
Unfortunately, today, apart from a few quality services, many services are not very optimistic about Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) projects. We can see that many scam projects are sold through Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) method, especially many poor quality services. For this reason, unfortunately, in this kind of sales services, we investors should be careful. It is very likely that Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) projects will soon lose their power in the market.

Yes, many projects that have made IEO sales in the various exchanges they choose to attract investors, but in my opinion if you want a lot of investors or interested buyers, you must do the IEO on a well-known stock exchange or top rank because there are always lots of invetsor.

The answer about Binance success in holding IEO is pretty obvious, they are the number one exchange and they don't want to tarnish their reputation, and they will continue to protect it because as long as they are accepting good projects, their platform will attract more investors and people will have high regards to their exchange, and they will continue to be a leader.

Normal thing to consider when listing or choosing up for an exchange where you should really select the top tier ones. Its normal for people on eying those popular exchangers rather than into those who are on bottom. They do mostly get the attention or the hype when theres an IEO project listing/sale.

Actually all projects certainly want to do that. Perform an IEO at the top exchange or large exchange. But unfortunately not all projects can do that, only projects that are truly real and good can do the IEO on a large exchange. So it's no wonder that many projects do the IEO on a mediocre exchange.

IEOs are great as it reduces the risks of fraud to the barest minimum but that doesn't mean you can't be scammed. I have seen cases of project developers eloping after IEO fund raisings or renegade on their roadmap promises. So you still have to do your own research before joining IEOs

Because if something like that happens (the developer runs away from the IEO proceeds) the exchange will be affected by fraud. So big exchanges certainly don't want that to happen, so they will look for really good projects to do the IEO at their exchange. And it must be remembered that all research, analysis, research are indeed important and mandatory to do if you want to invest.

It's very important for every exchanges to be certain on every IEO listings, because not all coins who belong to that can be legit. Some may create hype and possible to trap more investors to loss their investments.

This new sales strategy is very effective. The IEO gives more trust than ICO to investors because there is already a clear bond between developers and exchanges to buy and sell these tokens. Especially if the IEO is done in an exchange that has a good reputation and volume. The price can increase many times. But investors must be careful, don't forget to do a deep analysis.
