This guy called Kriptonian1661 is posting BS from the whole evening and I am stalking him. Already 3 to 4 topic were deleted but still the guy is posting same BS.

Hi lads, Coming back again to promote my services. As i mentioned 1 Month ago i am the one who put Bitcoins name on Youtube Streams :Bloomberg Global News, Fox news and to continue. Basicaly every popular stream was marked with the name Bitcoin and as you searched Bitcoin the first thing that poped up was Bloomberg Global news, i am not going to provide any proof as it might endanger my career. The actions it self are my proof and you will have to trust me that i have a new technique to do it again and put BTC over the 20k Mark, but as i did it for free in the past i sure as hell am not doing it for free again !! So i am asking 50 BTC for my endevour and 1 year of time to make it all work properly so it all sinks in to the minds of consumers. This is not a scam, i simply want to be paid for my Idea, i will not do it for free ! So dont start saying oohh dude do your self a favor and pump BTC, what do i have from that? Sure i could sell BTC at a higher price but so would everyone else.. ppfftt not for free lads not for free. So here is my awful grammar but i do not care as English is not my Native language so you will have to deal with that.

Anyway, my idea and endevour is worth 50 BTC, that is the price take it or leave it. Just remember you have to risk it to get the biscuit ! I will not reveal my identity or anything regarding to my plan, again you will have to deal with that.

This guy already received a lot of negative trust feedbacks, and his account has been flagged with a nice warning message.
AFAIK, permaban is for plagiarism, spam boosting, and ban evasion. As for now, you can just keep reporting his posts and you can give some negative trust entries or/and support the flag.

Obviously no one is mad to give him this much amount. 

It's not a big deal, until someone falls victim by those newbie's shady offers.

I think a permanent ban is suitable for him. IMO, A temporary ban is just given to those who made a contribution here in the forum. That guy is full of BS and I think it's only a troll account so permanent is better.

The forum does not moderate scams or scam attempts. Usually, this is a trust system issue, and is dealt with pretty swiftly by the guys on DefaultTrust. Although, you're right that excessive amounts of spam does usually result in a ban of some sort if the user is becoming a problem. In this instance, at first glance the user is definitely posting low quality content, but I'll take a look at it more later. I might just delete the replies I consider spam, and give them a polite message about posting low quality replies.

What happens if he/she gots a temporary ban, or even a permanent ban?
Nothing special... If he/she don't need that username, he/she just registers a new one and will continue the spam/begging...
What we need is reporting, if people report these kind of posts and mods will delete them, spammers/beggers will just slowly stop and go away... hopefully...

Guys i am not beggar nor a scamer, i am offering legit Promo and Marketing. The 50 BTC is for my Team/Friends who worked with me in the first succesfull attempt to bring BTC to the Consumers in the wide range of the world, we even had success in China... But i do not have proof of it as we have tought that doing it once will be enough.. Please it pains me to be called a scamer or a beggar as we are responsible for alot of peoples profits and losses... The only thing you guys can do is to give it a try, 50 BTC as team effort should be nothing for the endevour we are going to pull off as it will bring profit to all of you and others. It will take a maximum of 1 year tho to be a proper influence
