A simple rule about the market situation. There is no Bulls without bears! Bearish markets are essential to any trading market to get the real valuation of assets. And I see that the bear market as an opportunity to invest more, to accumulate, to average losses if any. This will definitely give you good returns whenever the market is in upward trend or we can say its already bull run.

The bull and the bear market are very important in investing successfully. You must buy at the right time in other to be able to make money from the cryptocurrency market. I have been in this market for long and during the time that the newbies are crying that the market is bad that is when we always see the professionals having interest on the market and that is were decisions are been made for investing.

I'd agree with this. New projects often struggle to raise capital in a bear market. As for prices when they hit exchanges, most coins do drop initially but that isn't really a reflection on the potential quality of the product.

There is basically two kinds of people during a bear market: those who suffer from it and those who see it as an opportunity and can buy cheap.

Correct, those who suffer are those who invest for long term but are weak because they panic, short term investors knows how volatile the market so they could cut lose if necessary, and they survive.

I'm a long term investor and I don't feel I'm suffering from bear market as I believe it was just temporary and I was right now, we are back to bullish trend again but still my target range is not yet achieve so I'm still holding now.

Those who suffer are often those who lack further money to average down their buy in prices for their portfolio. It hurts to see others buying when prices are super cheap and you have to go through the bear market with potential losses.

The delays from ICO projects either bounty rewards or getting listed on exchanges are mostly because of market condition ,all these projects are hoping for a better market surge so has to make higher profits just like 2017 ,either the project  has funds or not ,softcap or hardcap raised successful there will still be some delays, you will even see projects putting locks on bounty rewards ,some for six months or more.

If bitcoin hits 30k tomorrow and ETH turned over 1500$ you will see all this projects rushing to exchanges ,releasing locked tokens ,no matter how bad the project is, it will still be profitable,this makes me feel that all this projects have nothing to offer ,they are here for gains ,some short gains and others long term huge gains.

Yeah bear market is not good for earning but it is much better for those who want to invest as early it will be low price so people will not have to invest huge amount of money, bull and bear both are good for crypto currency as when price is down we can invest and when it will be higher we can sell so same as bull we need bear market as well.
