This bear market is very bad, its killing some projects market is totally bad Infact no gain for investors that invest in projects. For me this is not the time to invest in any ico nor any project because no one know how there token will be when they get listed. No point in investing in what you cant gain. Be wise

But we also have to be careful in choosing cheap altcoin because not all altcoins are worthy as investment tools

Yeah that is right, but, we must carefull to choosing altcoin with cheap prices. Sometimes they never come back to previews low price. Or, too long to going back. My experience, i buy 1 coin already drop 50% when bear market, but till today, i am still minus from the last price i bought it

Very well said. Though Bear market hurts many investors but you got the point. It pulled up some very good projects. It's also teach us that we should be patient and wait to invest in a good project. And it's also point out the scam projects which is good for real investors.

Bear market teaches us to be more patient and maybe that's when we have to rest for a while or at that time we have to observe price movements in the market to look for coins that have a chance or coins that have greater potential to make a profit and although you could say the bear market makes investors feel that what they haven't done can turn a profit but I think if the coins we hold have great potential, we will get good results later.

That is very easy for you to say if you are just entering this market, but for the people that have been here for years a bear market can be terrible experience especially if they are in the wrong side of it, and in most cases that is the truth, when the bear market comes people refuse to sell their coins because they believe there is going to be an immediate recovery only to be proven wrong by the market and by the time they want to sell their coins it is no longer profitable to do so and they have no option but to keep holding their coins for years in order to recover their money.

a very small number of traders can earn on short and long positions. If you look at the liquidation statistics on Bitmex, you will immediately understand what trading with margin leverage is. it is a big misconception that the bear market is not bad. Such a way of earning is for a very small number of people. The bear market has only plus is that it clean the market from unnecessary projects

Bear market is bad because majority of projects lack the funds to sustain and develop the project because of low ICO return. Many couldn't even reach their soft cap and as a result had to refund their investors.
