You didn't expect big time companies such as AT&T, JP Morgan, Facebook, Walmart, etc. to get into cryptocurrency and finally realize how great blockchain technology is. There is no promise of value or claim on revenue associated with the VBK Tokens, other than that derived from portal usage. VBK tokens or just “tokens” are part of the ecosystem. The purpose or use of these tokens are meant for exchange of goods and/or services only. Availability of these tokens are subject at the discretion of the member and no other functions or rights shall be attached to the tokens.

At any point of time, token transactions are seen as a form of redemptions for good and services. It does not carry any intrinsic value and therefore exchange of tokens is not part of payment nor clearance of any debt instrument.
