There is a hospital in Scottish that treats people that are bitcoin addicts or some who are addicted to bitcoin gambling.

That will be good news for addicted people who are addicting to gambling because they can try to visit that hospital and consult with the doctor or psychiatric. When they can get the right medication from them, I think soon they can stop the addicting, and they will stay away from gambling.

But that will depend on the gamblers itself if they want to release the addicted, they need to go to that hospital. But if they don't have any information about the hospital, I guess they are hard to stop their habit and they will still playing gambling. Maybe we as the closest friends or family can suggest them to go to that hospital first and explain about curing the addicted to gambling.

I hope that in other countries, we can have that hospital or rehabilitation so we can help the addicted people in gambling or drugs.

That’s really very interesting and a nice idea but the only challenge is that addicted people will never agree that they are addicted until it gets out of control. I have never seen one addicted gambler that ever agreed to be ,they all claim playing for entertainment, its all part of the game and all that till they are almost done destroying themselves.

Creating an hospital for addicted gamblers is a very great initiative but also necessary to create an avenue for detecting these addicted gamblers without them admitting since we are aware they never agree to be addicted. There is a saying that  “A horse can be dragged to a river but cannot be forced to drink water”. Addicted gamblers cannot be healed until they decide that they are ready and the only way that happens is by first admitting and by being sincere to themselves.

Perhaps, even if the addicted gamblers will never agree, their family have a concern to him so their family can register his name to that hospital so he can visit the hospital to consultations with the psychiatric. It's all about how their family wants to help the addicted gamblers, and once they have attention to him, I am sure that they will do anything to make him get out from his gambling habit.

The addicted gamblers have an opportunity to solve their problem in addicting, but they need support from their family so they can tell them that he is addicted to gambling. Maybe the family can what that person do in his room (if he plays online gambling) or following him wherever he goes. I am sure soon or later, the family will know his addicting to gamble, and in that time, the family will give help to him.

But that is only for the family who has a strong bond with each other, and they very care for each other.

It is funny because I don't understand what they can possibly do to a bitcoin addict there,a bitcoin addict has no need to be cured.

Kind of awkward really. Why Bitcoin addicts, and why not treat addicted gamblers generally? Are there Bitcoin addicts at all. I think I need to get the name of the hospital and read more on the agenda. I have the feelings that the hospital is one of those that want the public to have bad perception of Bitcoin and make them believe it makes people suffer addiction because frankly speaking, I do not see any need for being sentimental by treating just Bitcoin addicts.

I have always head of gambling addicts but not crypto addict, if there was a need to treat alcoholic addicts, will it be specified the type of alcohol? Gambling is a general class, I don’t see any need for differentiating.

Well, maybe that hospital treats bitcoin gambling addicts is also a rehab. Because curing gambling addicts is not just easy as far as I know, mental illness needs more time to become to cure and it takes perhaps a month. Indeed, we can also do that in our place to cure someone addicts if we have Psychiatrists and psychologists that cure mental illness.

That’s true, There are some hospitals with sub sections for rehabilitation and I believe that is what this hospital is all about but my only problem with them is treating crypto or Bitcoin addicts. That sounds funny and doesn’t make any sense to me, even rehabs were all manner of addiction is taking to takes some time because they cannot boast of curing addiction immediately, how much more an hospital. Does the hospital have a special drug to treat addiction and is the drug for just crypto gamblers alone.

I don’t even think I know any addicted gambler but real addicted gamblers that should need urgent attention are those ones that would gamble on anything.

If an hospital claims they can do it then lets believe they can. I don’t think any government would waste money creating such an hospital when they are very much aware they have no solution to the problem they claim to have.

Although I have never visited any of this hospitals or even a rehabilitation center but I have seen people get cured of addiction. This has to do with brain and medically, there’s a cure to addiction, maybe not crypt addiction as explained by the OP. But, it’s only a matter of time and the truth will be unveiled for now let’s appreciate the effort of the owners of such hospital. Not easy coming with such an idea that would really be impact-full.

Most of them hide their addiction or some maybe just don't accept they are already addicted. This is for the severe case of addiction I guess and I think by ourselves alone we cannot submit to this, we certainly need a help from our family to bring us to this facility.

addiction is a serious problem but i dont think its a real hospital because an hospital is only the place for physical injured people but addicts have thier own treatment place and that is called a rehabilitation center .

There are some who does it for a living and besides gambling addiction isn't something new to us there are already so many facilities that is made for those kind of patients.

Would really be odd for someone whose addicted who would self-admitted about his addiction and finding ways on going into institutions or like this ones about curing such addiction.Most people would hide it due on being shameful on their current status because community does really have negative view on a person which is addicted into something.

This is a good idea to grab the attention of those who suffer from gambling addiction but there are many treatment centers for this disease.
if you are addicted to BITCOIN then you are too addicted to gambling because call it what you will but this entire thing is 1 big gamble!

Bitcoin gambling addiction can really be prevented if you also want it for yourself.You can gamble just a small amount of bet and if you win,you can start keeping your profit and not gamble again.Have your own self-discipline.You should know when to gamble and when to take an exit.It's not really hard if you know how to manage yourself in gambling.

If you have a self control you can avoid it, but if you dont have discipline then you will become an addicted. Just think also that its so really hard to accept if you lose money. Its not bad to gamble as long as you know to limit.

In my opinion, providing a rehabilitation center is far more effective than providing a special hospital for acute gambling addicts.
and hospitals are always dependent on drugs that will make dependence which will not guarantee their recovery when the drug runs out because addicts are not a physical disease but mental illnesses that are not easily restored.
rehabilitation will be more comfortable because they are in a location far from gambling and it will be easier to treat it gradually by transferring positive things, especially in mastering the faith and can teach it to be closer to God.

That's the detail provided by Op, as mentioned it can be a plan to crash the funds. Same time there is increased number of people getting into addiction which needs some remedy. Without the hospital it is possible, but people are with a mentality they get cured on reaching a hospital.

I agree with it, the tradition of getting easy money started before XVI century AFAIK. Gambling has a different means for each person who has intention to gamble with hard-earned money. The Gambler's  is a big joke for those who never faced with this kind of bankruptcy situation,even hospitals can't help to the victim without proper psychologically.

That's the best hospital in my own view because be able to cure or treat such addiction looks impossible. However, addiction is the Master of an active mind. Personally am.very much scare of be be addicted because of my family who are strongly against my gambling life.
