Please don't devalue your work. I think it's not good idea to manange bounty for free. Maybe you don't have amazing portfolio, but you're not newbie here, you have created great website, so I think it's clear that you know how things are done. Free bounty management probably will attract only low quality scam projects.

I agree with LTU. Never do anything for free. You can at least accept their tokens (even though it's really risky). You can go with 50 fiat/btc/eth and the rest paid with their tokens.

Just a suggestion because I know how painful it is to work and get nothing in the end. Bounty management is stressful, you need to interact with people who never read the thread at least once in a while. And that sucks.

Frankly say, I think that Bounty managers should work for tokens of promoted project only.
It is honest approach, when you are sharing the risks with bounty hunters. So you will not manage bounty of knowingly scam project, because you will get nothing at the end.

Good point. When you're working for tokens, you accept same risks as bounty hunters. It means that you as a manager will have to choose project more carefully to reduce risk being scammed. I don't participate in bounties, but I suppose it's very difficult to choose legit project. On paper many of them looks fine without making deeper investigations.
Many reputable campaign managers don't work for tokens and you rarely can see them managing altcoin bounties. It probably means that minority of ICO's agree to pay to campaign manager in BTC, established altcoin or fiat.

OP is ready to work for free aka enlarge his portfolio , this way he doesn't even get the tokens of the project so he will use his best judgement to avoid scam projects
and with his experience I believe he is capable to do that , at least the very obvious ones
I don't understand why are there so many people who are against working for free?
when you do web design or freelance it is a very common practice to do at least several tasks for free for a positive review or a vote of confidence etc. ( depends on the site)
I actually admire his willingness to do it for free and hope there are bounty campaigns that take advantage of this offer

Will you ask bounty participants for KYC before releasing bounty to them?

Several new projects use KYC as an excuse to avoid payment. In no way am alluding that you would do that but am seeking clarification if KYC will be required on not. Thank you.

I agree he doesn't need to do that if he wants portfolio he can lower his fee but never offer your service for free, it's time-consuming on your part, and besides you have the right qualification even if the competition is stiff, your qualification is competitive enough.

Bounty management is not a easy task and I wont offer such Job for free if a manager demands, Its questionable. More so, bounty managers dont wait for projects to come to them again, they go after them.
