It's really good idea than ICO. It's it's true that if some project find couple of good exchange for there IEO that project sold there hole coin. Doesn't matter what kinda project is that. But it's true also that couple of low quality exchange fraud with IEO also. So it's too much important to check that project which you wanna invest on it.

I think that worst IEOs are on LaToken, try to avoid all IEOs here. They list everything thanks to their low fees. But it is good?
Latoken as exchange should bring a trust in the token sale.. 

If listing is cheap and a project do easily make it through easily with IEO on a certain exchange then its normal to think or presume that those projects aren't really seriously good or does have potential.Just take a look on most projects being listed out on Binance we can really see the difference when it comes to price.
It did drop though but not as bad or similar into these exchangers.

A lot are not really serious. I can see the exchanges who does IEO are just those not reputable exchanges and of course easy to see these exchanges are owned by scammers. Reputable exchanges are not doing much IEO because they aren't going to risk their reputation so they are using these made up exchanges, I suspect they are also the ones who own these small time exchanges.

IEOs are sofar good it is just a beginning after ICOs we have to see how it goes after a few more months and a year later it is very early to comment on it.

I think exchanges need to be regulated, they are the banks in crypto and strongly needs regulation, it becomes so bad if exchanges collide with scammers to crowdfund or give false reports about ieos. Exchanges need thorough scrutiny

Well, it doesn't matter if we benefit from IEO results. IDAX, one of the exchanges I don't want to use. There's been a lot of news about idax, manipulating prices. I think investors are not concerned as long as they benefit.

If we take into account that exchanges earn on "interesting & noisy” projects, we can assume that they themselves are interested in attracting more attention to such projects. Interests of investors go by the wayside. The interests of the exchange are more important to them.

Current IDAX is being accused of being scam over 8 IEO projects on their exchanges. I think in the future it will appear many more such exchanges. Therefore, when investing in the IEO, be wary of low-range exchanges.
Carefully analyze and invest carefully.

While the cryptocurrency market is not regulated by anyone, there are no clear rules. Exchanges use this when conducting IEO. Traders are simply hostages of this situation. On the one hand, we want to be able to earn money, but on the other hand there is an imperfection of this whole system, where influential people try to deceive for their own benefit. At the moment, I don't see a good solution to this problem, so for now it all comes down to the choice: whether to take part in IEO or not.

maybe which will do same thing as IDAX is new exchange, for exchanges that already have a reputation like binance will not do something stupid like that. my advice : never trust IEO in new exchange

This is why you should only stick to IEOs in big exchanges like Binance because most of these new and upcoming exchanges do not even have the userbase or popularity that it would take to gain the attention of big traders who would trade that token and give it a much needed liquidity and so the token liquidity normally ends immediately after it's IEO.

For a fact, the emergence of these ieo's with its hype has brought significant success and also helped curb most scam ico projects but most of these ieoc projects do lie about the specific amount of money raised and this a bad note for these ieos and hence these ieos projects requires thorough research (both the project and exchange) before participating in it.

So we need the trusted exchange to get the accurate information.
The fabricated amount purpose is to make the investors buying their coin, obvious.

But usually the development team gives a clear announcement related to the number of tokens / coins sold during IEO. If a minimum price has been set then we can count it if sold out.
The popular exchange is not a guarantee that IEO will succeed, but it is the market trading network that has become its power to attract investors. So, keep doing the maximum analysis.

In future price issues, it has no effect on IEO, but what affects it is the development of the project. As for the IEO problem, I don't think all IEOs are worth supporting.

some trusted IEO places are binance, kucoin, probit, and several other exchangers. we also need to do in-depth research on the project, and the concepts that will be developed later.

I ones heard that exchanges lieing about the amount raised during the IEO is a marketing strategy, it's rather discomforting to know that investors are always misguided. I do hope that issues like this are addressed because it doesn't speak well of the industry.

Also I have observed one strange thing during IEOs. When the new coins to be purchased in IEO with ETH or exchanges own coin, they page the value at higher side to get more profit. As soon as IEO ends, we can see a sharp decline on those coins which proves how the game was set.

For sure at the current at which many new exchanges are just popping up here and there. Not every exchange could be trusted so it would be better to really into every IEO raised on these kind of new exchanges.
