Can not believe 5 years ago you could of bought one whole bitcoin for this much!

I remember before, When the price of bitcoin was only 200 $. But I didn't buy it because I don't know much about bitcoin. It's just frustrating because I can't imagine getting the bitcoin price today at around 8,000 $ to 20,000 $

does your $ 250 mean now that you trade? if that means you really have a good strategy,
indeed a few months ago Bitcoin was at $ 6000 and went up to $ 12000, an incredible increase in a few months was more than enough,

I remember the times when Bitcoin was really affordable but most of us ignored it. That's the reason why we shouldn't underestimate other altcoins because some of them might also hit the best value in time. Just like Ethereum, we might miss the opportunity to buy it while the price is still low then regret it when it strikes high. who knows, maybe eth will have the same destiny to become valuable investment in the market. If we did not make it when bitcoin price was still low, we can fulfill that moment with ethereum which we all know that this is a good altcoin and it is the leading altcoin in the market as of now.

No one really knows the future, I started BTC at price of $700 I don't even have any idea at all that it could high that much, I was very disappointed as everybody was already saying it could be $20k at year 2017 but I ignore it and just telling them that yes it's possible but I don't have even one single or any amount of BTC that time.

there is nothing to regret. because the world is spinning. Just like assets, not necessarily at low prices, surely prices will rise too.
we don't know the price of bitcoin in the next 5 years. in essence at this time we must be more passion for work, and invest your results / you will feel the same regret.

I think all of us has this regrets of not buying before but its all in the past and we cant do anything about it.

Thats why now im taking advantage whenever the value of btc is decreasing because its a good time to buy.

don't worry, every drop in the price of bitcoin is an opportunity. so we can buy it and take profit. even with a little capital, if we have trading skills it will generate a lot of profit too. so our orientation is at the maximum profit obtained for the next 5 years

Thats the spirit! Since we can't turn back time, we have to look for the opportunity now since its not the end yet. Past is past but we can change the future and now is the right time to accumulate, since bitcoin is below $10,000.

So sad that we don't know bitcoin when it was starting but I don't regret it. I am thankful of the opportunity it brings.

yes, in those days indeed bitcoin was still low value, someone who was able to hold bitcoin at that time until now surely he felt proud and grateful for being able to get bitcoin when the price was very low. but the growth of bitcoin has not ended here, history in 2017 the price of bitcoin can reach $ 20k and currently the price of bitcoin has declined again in the range of $ 8k, therefore now is still a great opportunity to be able to get bitcoin at a low price because of the large possibility in the future bitcoin prices will increase

Your story is still better than mine. I sold almost half of my coins in 2015, when the prices were around $250 per coin. Just imagine what could have happened, if I had held on to them. As of now, my cryptocurrency holdings are worth just around $30,000. If I had refrained from selling some of my coins four years back, then now my net worth would have been more than $100,000. That amount is not high enough to resign from my full time job and take early retirement, but still I could have afforded a lot of luxuries.

The problem is that no one is ready to believe when an analyst comes up with predictions of $20,000 per coin or $50,000 per coin. Because we tend to compare Bitcoin with other assets, such as real estate, stocks and equities. In the stock market, although 100x or 200x rise in a single year (similar to what happened with Bitcoin in 2013, and again in 2017) can occur once in a blue moon, it is extremely rare. So we believe that with the cryptocurrencies also, such rise is not possible.

I wouldnt of mind paying this fee on top regardless.
Even if they were asking 10% of the purchase amount at the time which is probably more by now.

I never thought that bitcoin would have a great value and increase it's price that time because the price of it was really cheap, that is why i don't have interest to invest my money in bitcoin. But for now, i see that if i buy bitcoin that time, maybe i could be rich or i could earn huge profit from bitcoin until today.

I joined the forum much late when Bitcoin prices were already high. But I remember hearing my mates buying bitcoin for 60 - 70 usd. It was such a cool time as there was so much optimism in this space then. Now government attitude is making everything pessimistic in this sector. Funnily enough, none of my mates who bought btc cheap ever held on to it. Otherwise they would have gifted me a lambo already.

If price of Bitcoin has been the same since 5 years ago till now, a lot of people won't have paid attention to. The bitter truth is that price increase is another thing that brought adoption not even about the technology behind it.

Are you even serious to compare bitcoin and Ethereum. There is no analogy here, you could have made a lot of money if you purchased Ethereum when they launched and i made my profit because i was smart enough to invest all my savings into it as it was an interesting project at that time and it paid off and not anymore.

If you still want to make money there is always bitcoin and all its fork coins to invest rather than any bullshit coins and i see the lottery in those and not in any other coin.
