I think there is a 2% premine.

2% Premine Half for IPO, Servers,Hostings, Pools. The other half will be given away in games, faucets, reddit and bounties!
The IPO 1%, it's divided into a hundred participations. Each participation 0,01% or 28,8 coins for 1BTC.
