Noble thought! So it will be a consolidated faucet system running in the disguise of crypto lottery, am I correct? You are earning through advertising and instead of sharing the revenue with everyone, you are just consolidating and sharing with a single winner! So, it's essentially the concept of faucet business with a slight tweak!

How does it work? mathematically when there are more participants then the winning chance is getting lower. How could it be increased on your project? Sorry but it does not make senses for me.
I appreciate your chosen word "stunning" on the title as it attract people to open it but after opening the thread there is nothing which is even closed to something called "stunning"
As pointed by avikz, I think it will not be a lottery game but it sounds like a faucet as users need to enter wallet address only. So I do not see anything related to gambling based on your explanation of the project.

The idea is that every time participants want to increase their chances of winning.
To do this, you need to make a donation back from the amount you won.
Everytime if someone returns a part of the winning amount, the winning chances of winning will increase for all participants

No one can say it's a scam because it's unique and you don't have to risk your cryptocurrency, let's say my vision is to offer a free lottery opportunity.

The project is very honest and transparent.
I was inspired to create it because I see that there is nothing like this.

Just for clarification, since you are going to pay totally free so how are you going to distribute awards? Because nothing is free in the world. If I am not wrong you will earn by advertisment and few of amount from advertising will be distributed. Its look like similar of PTC website. I am however puzzled to think that the more people joining the more chances we get to win. That is something of a surprising because normally the more people joining the lesser chances we end up winning. You definitely have different mechanism in your project there.

There Will be donation option for everybody so if You want to make it better you can donate.

For example:

Im going to send my wallet to get btc.
So ill send my wallet address then ill be waiting 24h. Then bingo  in my wallet 7$ now if the next person is going to send wallet address and from the first 7$ nothing returned to  LCF then no winner!
In order to keep this running the each winner should make donation to LCF.

Agreed, lottery game is hard to survive in this crypto gambling industry but there are some who are able to survive such as freebitcoin and the lottery at crypto-games.net. Since this new site is going to be a free lottery game, I think the chance to survive is better because the number of people who tries to get free money online is still big enough but obviously it will depend how this site attract those free money hunters.
By the way, it does not belong to this board as far as I can say because it has nothing to do with gambling since people wont risk any money to join. It should be moved to micro earning board IMO.
