actually the bounty will be in a good period when the altcoin market is also good. because when the bounty is finished and the token is launched, the low or high price of the token will depend on the altcoin market too. so, when the altcoin market falls, no matter how high the reward or token you get, it will feel worthless when the altcoin value is low too.

This is not correct. You don't just promote a project because of your own financial gain. Though you should only market project that you have researched about, and which real products that will add value to humanity on the long run. Though most promoters want financial rewards because it cost to promote any project. But waiting for Altcoin season alone would cost genuine ideas some lost.

The state of altcoins in 2017 is lot better than 2018. While, 2019 still suffers from the scams and other fraudulently activities of that previous years. Most of us misses 2017 because that was time that good projects are being launched and many earn not just in bounty hunting but also in investments and trades. I hope that 2020 can offer new opportunities and redeem what happened for the last two years.
