What do you think of ETH Price will be by end of 2020?

As we know ETH 2nd best ranking in all the coins and tokens , it's blockchain being used by very big business projects and getting adopted worldwide . It does have its problems , and that is why with frequent updates and upgrades to its technology , ETH is trying the be the best altcoin in this space.

The ETH 2.0 release date has been set in January 2020. So we know there will be very big movement of the price in eth before this date and after that as well . With heavy influence in whole of crypto space, Along with bitcoin ETH will be going to places in price rise.

Now we all know currently ETH has 106 million in circulating supply . about x6 of BTC. Usually eth follows btc price. So if btc will reach 50k by end of 2020, we should expect ETH to be around 8k by then (only if we calculate according to the supply numbers) . But we all know ETH is highly undervalued right now .

So I have two  questions

1. What do you all think ETH Price will be ?  

2. Why do you think that price will be possible ? Give us a reason be it technical ?

Lets speculate only until Dec, 2020.

Ethereum is a second best coin. It has a good future also. I believe in ethereum to reach the moon one-day, but it is also depending on market and investor. When ETH 2.0 release in the early 2020, if everything is successful, then i think it will be reached the best position.

You and I are fully aware of the hype that was present in the market in that 2017/2018 and these hype was the major contributor to the rice increase of majority of these projects, but now that we have lost the hype, I think that every project all have to work so hard to get their value increased and without that hard work, it would be difficult for any of those altcoins to increase further and not even Ethereum, except maybe we have something that will create hype in the market and suddenly cause the market to turn around like it was in that 2017, but without that, we might really have to wait for so long before we can get altcoins to go on a bull run, and the only time would be when we see that hype, but before 2020, I think Ethereum would work better.

Everything depends on Bitcoin. Next year we are waiting for Bitcoin halving that should cause a pump and if Bitcoin´s price grow, altcoins will follow the trend. But nobody can exactly predict the price next year.

Don't count on this because if they could do better, they would have done it at the beginning of the project development. Ethreum was once considered the most popular coin in 2018 but this year it is no longer trusted because of its low value is the main reason why investors feel depressed. I believe that by the end of 2020 there will be no major fluctuations with this coin and the price of ETH may soon return to $100 if the market does not go up.

There is only one thing that can move ETH from the dead point and it is ETH 2.0. If everything will go well, ETH will get back to its historical maximum price and will keep growing. But if something would be prolonged or cancelled, ETH will drop significantly.

Though I don't know what's gonna happen with the Ethereum in next year, but if the Ethereum 2.0 launched successfully and if its vision acquired then I believe Ethereum price will be very high! Your last statement about anything can happen will be the best hope for ETH supporters. Updates like ETH 2.0 if successfully completed will bring the hyped aside from the said updates. Though there's always implications that Alts market follow  with Bitcoin movements and with also the expected halving of Bitcoin, there's also possibilities that by the end of 2020, there will be a huge rise to expect.

Future is not ours to predict. But the only thing that we can do right now is to workout with enhancing your knowledge towards to this investment venture.

would it be more better if we will only talk about more on the current year than jumping next year  ? we arent even close to the end of the year ( this current year )  .  the price of eth is stable and can be easily predictable imo   . i believe eth will recover and will become close to its recent ath  but im not really sure if eth can maintain that after we enter the first month of the year 2020   .  just like last 2017 , the price of eth is doing better but it unexpectedlly dump at the first quarter of the year 2018   .  history can repeat itself but lets not hope it does not   .

I think that it is very simple to say that you do not believe in ethereum and do not give any justification for your opinion.  Have you imagined what will happen on the entire cryptocurrency market if Ethereum falls?  Please note how many percent of the total number of coins in the entire cryptocurrency market uses the erc20 platform.  I think the fall of Ethereum is a disaster.  But this will not happen, because today Ethereum is developing and attracting more and more investors.  Even with the help of some resources, Ethereum can already be used as a means of payment, while taking into account the speed of transactions, Ethereum in some sense is superior to Bitcoin.
