Really bad service from BETVIP

requested almost 24hours ago a withdraw of 1 BTC, asked multiple times to proces it and there answer was that it is manuel for 1BTC ore more.
okay i understand but now after a day of waiting still nothing is manuel processed......

But because of the manuel function for 1BTC ore more i requested a withdrawl of 0.5 BTC, guess what it's not automatic.

All there withdraws are manuel i guess, why i don't know but until now i haven't had any withdraw back.

When you work with bitcoins you work with fast transactions, no bank, no waiting for people's actions.

And since now i'm only waiting.....

they can offer me a 25% new deposit bonus..... better make my withdraws processed !

yesterday i received my withdraws wihting 24hour, still find it a bit long, but i can understand your check period.
i was a bit frustrated because i read all the "negative" messages here and it was my first withdraw....

Perhaps it could be a typo to the system, free roll and tournament for Friday got the same issue, but it seems like the the freerolls for saturday and sunday has been fixed and it only needs 2 mbtc for the rebuy

You can add up to 2000 if you have less than 500

Are you depositing it at the poker game? if it is poker than it will be credited after 3 confirmations, for the other game it will need the same amount of confirmations too
