I don't know how they handle their cold storage but most likely if you are getting insufficient funds it usually indicates that the hot wallet is empty and needs to be refilled. Generally the admins take the weekends off and hire people to do support. They can handle simple tasks but due to security reasons they might not have access to cold storage.

Hence you need to wait until the admin which has the private keys to the cold storage can refill the hot wallet and you can make a withdraw. Most crypto gambling sites these days have some form of cold storage so if they get hacked only a small percentage gets stolen and not everything. Just need to wait it out. Support should of just said that hot wallet is empty and wait until it gets refilled and it would set your mind at ease.

It is interesting to see arguments about what to reward players when rewards are something voluntary and not suppose to be the norm. I mean you should be normally gambling for gambling sake and that should be enough for gamblers, anything extra is just cherry on top. However it looks like deisik is right and wolf.bet is getting more attention these days and that means the bigger whales would eventually show up and ask for something.

I personally feel like they are doing whatever they can, they have levels as well and you do get something in return, you shouldn't suppose to be fine with it just because it is there, you could question the amounts, that is your right. Any proof that people are registering multi-account on the site?  As far as I know, multi-account is prohibited in Wolf.bet.  If they broke the rule and found out, the account will be banned/locked.

Multi accounts are not allowed on any casinos, AFAIK, not only on Wolf.bet. Casinos have faucets, welcome bonuses, promotions, etc. so cheaters tend to create multi accounts but they don't realize that casinos are strong in aspect of detecting multi accounts. Sooner or later, they will be caught and sometimes they complained after won big and were not allowed to withdraw their won money.

Cheat, compromise, abuse then win big. After all, unable to withdraw and they complain, open scam accusations on casinos. Eventually, they failed all because they broke ToS first.

Generally, when it happened, they tend to use Newbie account to complain or open fake scam accusations.

its not unfair at all, i tried to withdraw lower ammount(30k) than my balance (40k) and it worked, after, if i tried to withdraw more, same message "insufficient funds", so i stick to my post, your wallet was empty

PS : its no shame in that tho, maybe someone won big before me and all u had left was about 30k DOGE, just be more careful next time , hugs

I have faced empty hot wallet issue in other places and it is never a nice feeling, it is not really a huge issue most of the time but it is not a nice feeling as well. Does this mean anything major? No. But is it bad that you have money somewhere that doesn't give you your money? No. Hence there is still a problem, just not a huge one but a small one that should be fixed very easily.

For example you could have a how wallet alert where if the money gets low enough for a while, it warns you, that way you know that there is always enough money, and if it happens to be on your free vacation day, you just hop in, take care of it for a quick while and get out for your weekend once again. I know it is always hard, it is not easy to be on 7/24 whenever needed, but when you run a casino, you agreed to do a very horrible job that requires you to be on all the time and not really even worth it all that much .

There is no big deal in having empty wallet, but there could be a shame if it was a bit too long. As we can see here it wasn't that long, I know the feeling when you can't withdraw your money from somewhere it has happened to me too and I know it sucks, but if it is fast enough which it looks like it was, I doubt it was a big deal. So, the issue wasn't a big issue, it could have been a big issue, but it turned out fine by how they approached it as well.

Plus, it is wolf.bet so we know them, they are not going to do anything out of ordinary, they are not going to try to skim of the top, they are doing awesome already, there is zero reason for them to be doing anything shady at all because they already have huge user base that they build from ground up, must have cost them an arm and a leg to get here, wouldn't make sense to disturb that now.

Perhaps to avoid abusers because it may make abusers lazy to claim it every single day by filling the 2fa.
I do not think that it is annoying and IMO real gamblers will not really care about this login reward because the amount is small.
Better to make a small deposit instead of claiming daily login reward if you are annoyed with the 2fa.

OHHH NOOOO. With this new friends and messages thing, I fear there will be too many messages each day for me . When you play as long as I do (in general, not in one session) and stay there after your gambling is done just to chat and so forth, you are going to make some friends but also you get into arguments as well with some people, not a nice thing I know but it happens.

Please tell me you also made some sort of blocking feature as well because after having so many personal messages to you, you may want to have some blocking as well. Otherwise only thing that could stop people from spamming your PM would be reporting them and they could simply start another account. Well, this is a very interesting feature and it should have blocked or perhaps ignore button at least you will simply press that key if you don't want to receive spam PM from them. Because we don't know in the future there is one of our co-players trying to harass or scam us using this private message feature.
