Wolfbet uses provably fair system, so you can verify your bets. Dont think something is bad just because you get lossing streak but better to verify your bets first. The chance of 19x lossing streak on 2x payout is indeed small but it is possible, anyone may get longer lossing streak. You were just in a bad luck obviously, sorry to hear that.

You can't really accuse wolfbet for your unlucky days since if you lose that streak then might you need to stop by now and play on the next day. Also if you look at the threads her you can see that wolfbet does a good job in terms of fairness so it's not good to accuse anyone since you are the one who's handling your bet and no one intervene or any disturbance came to them.

Whether it is rare or not, depends on how many bets you make per unit of time. If you are using autobet with around 4-5 rolls a second, you should have been expecting 20 losses in a row on x2 payout in reasonable time. To give you a proper perspective, on a 40% win chance I saw a few losing streaks of 30+ rolls, and it happened within a couple months. Ironically, when I was running some tests, I encountered a losing streak of 31 rolls on 37% in just a few hours (though I was not using martingale, just betting the bare minimum over and over again)

This is just normal, I experience way more losing streak than 19 in a row on an x2 payout from other sites.  It always happens especially when we are using the auto roll features.  If you have some doubt, you can always review and verify the hashes created by your bets to check if it is really provably fair.

When you bet on martingale, it is normal that you may not realize 19 times in a row win as well. If you bet on 10 satoshi per bet, you are going to win 190 satoshi when you go 19 wins in a row, not really a ton of money right? But, when you lose 19 times in a row and start at 10 satoshi and double it every time you gamble you are going to end up at 5,242,880 satoshi or better yet 0.52420880 bitcoins, that is over half a bitcoin at the last bet and of course a ton more until you reach there, almost one bitcoin lost, and you only try to win 10 satoshi when you recover it all. So, it is understandable that you may not realize 190 satoshi won thanks to 19 wins in a row, but it is also easy to calculate 1 bitcoin loss when you go 19 losses in a row.
