Yobit is probably one of the shadiest exchanges there is because of their lack of support. They only have an account here, but I'm 100% sure they wouldn't answer any of your messages. Also, they aren't very present anywhere, so contacting them is pretty much impossible.

All you can do is keep trying to talk to them through their support system.

Try to contact with telegram group admins + exchange troll chat admin can be an alternative option in order to give a priority to your ticket. Telegram of Yobit support(verified afaik): @YbtSP

How long you are waiting now?

Bump your ticket tot them every 2 days. The average waiting time for them to expect a reply is 2 weeks for 1 month so a bump is necessary.

That's how worst their customer support is.

YoBit support tickets have been stuck for multiple years at a time. Some never get resolved... and were created back when the campaign was active pre-2019. (yeah, old.)

It is highly, highly unlikely to receive a response from an exchange that publicly pumps and dumps coins as well as organizes ponzi "IEO" tokens.

If it is related to signature campaign payment issue better to don't asking them multiple times because your Yobit account will be blocked just what they did to me when I was promoting their signature past years ago. So I believe they can do this again to you if you keep sending PMs or in the chatbox.

So I suggest you better to wait for yobit response it sometimes delayed for almost a week or more.

How long have you been wearing their signature and have you got paid in the past, if you still not get paid after two o three weeks, then they are not running a signature campaign at all, so better take out their signature campaign you are promoting them for free, there are a lot of good campaign here.

I was successfully paid until the closing of the campaign (2015), recently found out that they had resumed and joined. coins are awarded but the withdrawal button does not work. I did not get banned

They never announced their resumed signature campaign in bitcointalk,it was only get into attention by mysterious newbies.I guess they just made profits from buzz now don't want to keep paying them.

I never participated in their signature campaign.

But yeah, I got paid in April without having to wait and they sent the bitcoins and altcoins instantly to my account: http://prntscr.com/ojcjbz I had kept this money in the account since a year but never tried to contact them as I had never faced an issue before in 2017 too when I last used them. The best way to contact them may be only through their support on their exchange: https://yobit.net/en/support/ or https://www.yobit.net/en/contacts/ but looks like they are not replying else OP wouldn't be asking help here. They have never replied to any user via their Twitter handle as per their latest tweets.

They are allegedly not paying users who have big amounts in their wallet.

Take it from someone who has promoted for them for 2 weeks. They will not pay you and they will not respond.
You can try reaching them on the telegram, but the result would be the same.

I think we should learn not to have anything doing with yobit when we have reliable options. The exchange seem to me not to have anything credible even since they started. I tried putting the signature but indicated that it is a scam, so I dropped it. I appreciate the forum developments also to notify members from being the bounty victim
