The pitch conditions are definitely challenging for batting. South Africa have so far scored 138 runs for 3 wickets with the game still underway and Elgar continues the batting for South Africa with 82 runs. Africa are in a slightly better position, it is not clear which way the match is going, but India can come back with their strong bowling line-up.

The Indian innings have been finished, and Rohit Sharma is the player from India who lost his wicket against South Africa in this match and when he lost his wicket his team's runs were 13 and he was out on 4.6 overs, and after this Yashasvi Jaiswal also lost his wicket and when he was out his team runs were 23 and he was out on 9.4 overs.

Yeah, it did get better but Bumrah and Siraj looked very threatening, Proteas were lucky to not lose at least 3 wickets in the first hour. Siraj did go overboard in the last session but Boom was phenomenal throughout the day.

I did notice Rohit chirping in his (Krishna) ears every now n then tho so not sure if that's the case. Elgar deserves all the credit, this guy always manages to shit on us most of the time when he plays at home and when things are tough.

South Africa did not start their first innings well. They lost the important wicket of marakram by just 11 runs. At the end of 16 overs, South Africa managed to collect 49 runs after losing 1 wicket. Elgar 29 and Zorzi 11 at the crease now.

Indian bowlers are not doing well. They picked up South Africa's first wicket for 11 runs. And now South Africa's collection is 84 runs. The Indian bowlers could not pick up any wickets.

Since India cannot collect big, if the Indian bowlers do not bowl well in this match, the chances of India losing are high. India scored only 246 runs. South Africa are currently trailing by just 161 runs. Elgar and Zorzi are batting very responsibly now. If the partnership of these two batsmen is prolonged, India will be under more pressure. South Africa will probably be able to take a lead of 100-150 runs very easily.

Dean Elgar batted very responsibly. He was unbeaten with 140 runs off 211 balls. Zorzi was dismissed for 28 off 62 balls. David Bedingham collected 56 runs from 87 balls. Elgar and Bedingham's innings alone saw South Africa score 265 for the loss of just 5 wickets. Bumrah and Siraj picked up two wickets each. If the Indian bowlers fail to take Elgar's wicket in the first session next day, it will not be difficult for South Africa to collect 400 runs in the first innings. I think South Africa will be able to collect 370-390 runs in their first innings.

They are again repeating the same mistake that they committed earlier.

Australia Will looking to picked the wicket of Muhammad Rizwan and all out Pakistan in under 250 runs, Pakistan trail by 124 runs.

In this test match, Shaheen Shah Afridi liked to hit bouncers at other players and this bouncer damaged Australian batsmen but not too much and the harmful and speeds bouncers was can't play by the Australian batsmen and they left the ball and care for himself but Travis Head didn't care of himself and he tried to hit a shot in the bouncer of Shaheen Shah Afridi and he tried this but this was a harmful bouncer, thank god he is safe the bat edge happened and the ball was gone on the slip so he was safe but he cannot safe his wicket.

Australia's target was not too big and it might be possible for Pakistan to score equal to this target as they have lost only six wickets so far.  But they have 4 more wickets left now so I think they can overcome the 124 run deficit if they play a bit more actively.  Because there are no fixed overs in Test matches, they will have the opportunity to save wickets and play as much as they want.  So Pakistan should not get excited and save wickets and play slowly then they will be able to match Australia's score in the first innings.

In this test match, Shaheen Shah Afridi liked to hit bouncers at other players and this bouncer damaged Australian batsmen but not too much and the harmful and speeds bouncers was can't play by the Australian batsmen and they left the ball and care for himself but Travis Head didn't care of himself and he tried to hit a shot in the bouncer of Shaheen Shah Afridi and he tried this but this was a harmful bouncer, thank god he is safe the bat edge happened and the ball was gone on the slip so he was safe but he cannot safe his wicket.

Anyway, Travis Head was out 70.2 overs and it was the fourth wicket of Australian and when he was out his team's runs were 205 and his runs were 17 runs that he made in 32 balls.

Pakistan is still trailing by 124 runs. They only have four wickets in hand. The play of day 2 has ended. Pakistan is again going to have a very hard task to do. By the looks of it, Pakistan seems to be getting themselves into trouble again. And I think we all know that on the third day, when Pakistan comes out to bat, it is going to be tough for them to survive. Let's see if Pakistan can somehow get the score closer. I think it is not going to be ideal for Pakistan to trail by more than 50 before they get all out. Trailing by anything at the end of the first innings for Pakistan is going to be difficult. But 50 is going to be something there will definitely take under the circumstances.
