Cricket does have a habit of humbling everyone.

It's a 99% full strength Indian team and the Lankans are not playing with their first choice bowlers because of a lot of injuries but most of em were seamers and these pitches are spin friendly so this balances it out. Still props to the Lanka, they did manage to spice things up and most likely take a lead in the ODI.

At the moment, India still needs 61 runs and the last recognised batting pair is stitching good partnership so far.

Both the ODI matches saw similar performances from the Indian batsmen. Rohit Sharma batted well in both the matches. But due to bad batting of middle order batsmen India is not able to win the match. Although they managed to draw the first match, India will be defeated in today's match.

In 38 overs, the Indian players collected 193 runs with the loss of 8 wickets. Now there is no experienced batsman at the crease. India still need 48 runs to win. It is highly unlikely that the Indian batsmen will collect it. Kuldeep Yadav and Mohammad Siraj are now batting. Despite not winning a single match in the T20 series, Sri Lanka's players performed very well in both the ODI series. In particular I would say that Wellalage's batting was excellent in both matches. Due to Wellalage's responsible batting, the Sri Lankan team was able to provide descent targets in both the matches. A target of 230+ is a big enough target on this pitch.

India lost today's match by 32 runs. After collecting 97 runs from the first wicket pair, no one probably expected India to lose this match. I clearly know that Indian sqaud almost achieved half scores out of Defeating target of Sri Lanka squad in just 15 to 17 overs with just one loss of wicket Rohit Sharma. I feel that Indian will Simply emerged victorious in match with leading this competition to one match but Sri Lanka sqaud restricted Indian squad at 208 scored and successfully defended their Defeating target and secure victory. Rohit Sharma displayed significant performance in batting Inning with managing fifty total 64 scores. Dube this time was not batted amazing with bad performance and collected 0 scores. Great bowler of Sri Lanka squad Jeffrey Vandersay, he picked up total 6 wickets in match and full ly supported their sqaud to win this game and secure one victory.

I am very disappointed with the performance of the Indian players today. India could not win even in the first match. And the Indian team is definitely going to lose today's match. Indian bowlers are not doing well today either.

Same here as i am even more disappointed as I placed the bet on the Indian team and they lost it  
They should have won this match easily as they got a wonderful start by Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill and later Axar Patel also made 44 runs but rest of the batting just collapsed.

Jeffrey Vandersay took six wickets in the match and was the man of the match. He solely won this game for his team which was in the hands of the Indian team for the majority of the time in this match.

Yes, we need to praise Rohit Sharma a lot; his greatest batting in this toughest pitch with the high strike rate made my day. The other batters need to learn this intent from him.

Not everyone can become hitman though.

SL did exactly what they can do and played to their advantage instead of bowing down after seeing their T20 defeat that's what really made the change and it's a wakeup call for team India to not take any game for granted even though they are going to try trial and error method it should be done in more stable instead of just random changes and try to fit in players apart from their natural batting position.

Axar tried his best but rank turner pitch can't let him to complete.

SiriLankan played really well and scored a decent target while batting in second match of the odi series, while batting first scored 240 target which isn't much but enough abit for them to defend against Indian lineup, it's true that none of SiriLankan scored huge single handedly like half century or something amove that but still they mange to scored a magnificent Target and compared to them Indian were looking under huge pressure while just chasing that required target, just Rohit try to add his hundred percent while after that just Patel try to put his team in revival mode but as soon as they lost their wicket thier opponent start to get dominance over them and now they required 60 around runs and lose his 7th wicket which isn't a positive indication for Indian team. In my mind one more wicket will determine the results but if they manage to build partnership then they have dozen of balls left while just required a small target so let's see how w.sundar safe his team

Exactly, no one was thinking that SriLanka will win the match from this series. Because they performed a little bad in T20I series. But in the ODI series they just surprised everyone. Firstly in the first match they played really well. But unfortunately that match tied and no team win the match.
But in the second match SriLankan team played really well. They made 240 runs in their inning and restricted the Indian team at 208 runs and all team got out and SriLanka won the match by 32 runs. Here I appreciate the bowling of the SriLankan team. Because only two bowlers destroyed the whole team of India. First one in Jeffrey Vandersay who collected 6 wickets and second one in Charith Asalanka who collected 3 wickets. Means overall performance of SriLanka team was great. I appreciate on their win.

Team India drew against Sri Lanka in the first ODI but expectations were high that Team India would win the second match and I was in favor of Team India winning but Team India disappointed in the second ODI too. It cannot be said that Sri Lanka scored too many runs in the first innings as they failed to score 250 plus runs. Team India got all out by 208 runs where the target was 241 runs. I feel that the ODI series team is stronger than the T20 team, so they had more chances to win this ODI series, but I don't understand why they are not able to win. India have no chance of winning the series. India team can draw the series if they win the last match. But the last match will also be held in Colombo. Indian batsmen are not able to perform well on this pitch.

Change of game of Sri Lankan team It really made the audience very happy with their bowling performance in ODI matches which was excellent. Sri Lanka beat India in the second ODI and lead the series. India lost all their wickets to meet the target of 240 runs, and Sri Lanka won by 32 runs. However, although every batsman of the Indian team could not bat well, the team lost very quickly due to the fall of their wickets. The Sri Lankan team's bowling performance was outstanding Jeffrey Vandersay he got 6 wickets, Charith Asalanka he got 3 wickets, both of them dominated the game for Sri Lanka. But Indian batsmen only Rohit Sharma and Axar Patel batted a bit better, all the other batsmen could score more runs. If every batsman of the Indian team could have batted well then there was definitely a chance to win, but the Indian batsmen could not stand up to the bowling of the Sri Lankan team due to which they lost.
