I think Pakistani Women International ODI cricket team can't improve because in Pakistani, mostly parents didn't want her daughter to play cricket. They want her daughter in the house where she will serve her husband and family. Pakistani Women International ODI cricket team is not much stronger to play against big teams like England, Australia and India. If Pakistan wants change in cricket history,they should give freedom to the women in Pakistan. In England, Europe and in many other countries, women can practice easily and no one will demotivate her but in Pakistan that is opposite and that's why Pakistani International Women cricket team is unsuccessful in cricket.

That's quite right that there are cultural barriers in Pakistan due to which not many women enter the field of cricket despite having interest and potential for playing cricket. It's responsibility of PCB to provide necessary training to available players so that they can compete against SENA teams. It looks like PCB is not much interested in improving women cricket since it can't generate much revenue for the board.

Pakistan Women vs England Women ODI Series

As we know that Pakistan Women and England Women both are playing T20I series at this time and today is the last match of this series. And we know that England Women team is much stronger as compare to the Pakistan women team. And they have won two matches and the series too.
So after this series they will play the ODI series. Which will start from 23rd May. So the format eill br changed do may be Pakistan will perform well. But we can't say anything at this time. So let's wait for the 23rd.

Like we can see that they have lost two consecutive T20I series one from West Indies Women team and second is from England Women team. I hope they will do well in ODI format but chances are rare. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the Pakistan women's team. Apart from a handful of players, others doesn't have any experience of playing under SENA conditions. And as far as infrastructure and domestic setup is concerned, England is miles ahead of Pakistan. England has a well set domestic system and they have the women's Hundred. On the other hand, Pakistan doesn't even have a proper first class competition for women and they are still debating whether they need the women's PSL.

I do not think there is going to be any improvement with the Pakistan women’s team. Because the England women’s team is leaps and bounds better compared to them. So I do not expect anything special from the Pakistan women’s team.

About Pakistan men’s team not doing well, yes I agree that Pakistan men’s team are also not doing as well as we expect them to be. But I am definitely more hopeful about the men’s team. And I think at the end of the day it comes down to all the problems that Pakistan is facing in their country. When there are so many problems going on in the country, it is actually very hard to even ask the country to do well in cricket. Except from Afghanistan I guess, they are the exception.

Pakistani Women International cricket team performance is very bad in the last few years . I think Pakistani culture should be change and they should give freedom to women . If family will support to the women to play,then Pakistani domestic teams performance will be good and we will get good players from the Pakistan nation. But that is impossible for Pakistan because 90 percent of the Pakistani Women are house wife and they  only manage the house and man work and women are on the load of her husband but in Europe countries ,that is different and that's why Australia and England Women cricket teams are more stronger than other teams of the World.

Don't forget during Srinivasan's term, what kind of attitude BCCI had regarding women's cricket. Even the previous administrator under Saurav Ganguly was dragging its feet but the situation changed drastically after WPL.

It's not alone Ramiz Raja we all are still living in Stone Age and never want to give women's their proper place in all departments in India recently we are having some development but still many things are needed to be settled with PCB and ACB are far behind in these things, and they can't do things which are important for the development of this game it needs well education and school based development which will bring good quality and better environment for the women's in sports.

In last few years we are having good things Pakistani women's are trying, but they are not having basic structure like domestic events and better facilities which are much needed Sri Lanka recently doing good and having chance of development like India, but women's in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan are not having chances like them.

Abdul Razzaq was someone special. He was a genuine pace-bowling allrounder. Now Pakistan doesn't have anyone like him. Razzaq was at the same level of Jacques Kallis or Lance Klusener. Australia and England on the other hand, have such players in the form of Cameron Green and Ben Stokes. Even India has Harddick Pandya. Now coming to Rameez Raja, he did a lot of great work while he was in power. He was the guy who rescued the PSL with an amazing media rights deal. Too unfortunate that he had to resign.

In Pakistan, we are having good talent but sadly their management is completely failed to groom these youngsters on positive note and also having their best with merit and better mind set usually we are having huge political influence which are doing end of things here for the youngsters specially in recent time we are having too many problems around the PCB and Pakistan cricket team with now they are having not top four spots in any format which is worst from them.
Here I will not blame player as we are having responsible peoples in management because they are here just because of political influence nothing else having groups of own favorite players and creating mess-up between players are common things for these puppets and trying to sabotage this all sports mind-set like they have done with Field Hockey and Squash where this country was ruling for the decades.

Pakistan Women vs England Women

So finally today is the day. Pakistan Women team and England Women team will face each other. We know that how Pakistan women team played in T20I series. They lost all three Matches. And I am not expecting a good performance from Pakistan Women team. I think they will disappoint us again. Well we can't say anything at this time. May be Pakistan make a good comeback who knows.

I think Rameez Raja took the players on references  and that is not only my thinking,that is fact. He took bad advantage of his seat and he expell Muhammad Amir from the International cricket team when he was in form . Pakistani International cricket team lose many matches because of only his decisions. I think Waseem Akram  will be best Chairman of Cricket board of Pakistan. Waseem Akram is a legendary player and he is also good man and he will give his best for win of Pakistani International cricket team but that we can't expect from Rameez Raja. He is only good commentators and he didn't deserve to be a chairman of Cricket board.
