Indian squad for the World Cup announced!


K L Rahul is back, which order will he bat is uncertain. I think they will not make any changes to the existing opening pair. I feel he will come after Kholi and most probably Kishan will come after him and Iyer after Kishan. Apart from Rahul the team is exactly the same that is currently playing in the Asia Cup. This might be the last World Cup for a few senior players in the team.

If there was no rain India vs Nepal would have been a good game and both the teams are great and we could have watched and enjoyed the game nicely. But in every match of Asia Cup, the games are not felt due to such rain and the matches are postponed. That day also the India vs Pakistan match was postponed altogether only because of this bad weather so we are annoyingly having to go through every match in this Asia Cup.

Rain is a natural system and no one can stop it.Due to rain, the result of the match become very boring.whenever the DLS method is used, the chance of the playing team are greatly increased.Yes, they all believe that India is a very strong team,but this time Nepal good performance could have defeated India ,but due to DLS method , Nepal could not defeat India.And the thing is both the teams of India and Pakistan were given one point each. If Pakistan had played the match I was sure that they would have easily beaten India.

@Juggy777 just chill bro! You are basically concluding that this team doesn't have a chance. They will do what they are supposed to do, which is win matches. They haven't got a full day/night match in the Asia Cup as the rain has been frustrating  for everyone. It takes a lot of skills like concentration, energy on the game and a strategy to win a match. Didn't you noticed how Rohit played yesterday? It reminded me his days when he was just a young lad trying to get a space in the squad. You are correct. it appears that Sri Lanka made the correct choice for batting first. The Sri Lankan team successfully set a good target of 291 runs in 50 overs while losing 8 wicket. When Sri Lanka  opening batsmen P. Nissanka and D. Karunaratne out early I had realized that they might encounter difficulties in giving 250 runs.K. Mendis outstanding performance changed the situation entirely as he contributed impressive 92 runs in 84 balls and then Sri Lanka able to give a score of 291 runs.

At present, Afghanistan is currently batting and his performance similar to their previous match and they have only scored 50 runs in 9 overs while losing 3 wicket. Based on this I believed that Sri Lanka has a strong chance to win this match. So let's see at the ending of this exciting match.

It was possible to score between 330-340 runs without any trouble. Anyway, the target of  is still quite quit enough for Afghanistan. I think at current Multan situation this statement should be wrong because that ground were known for high runs and the reason is batting friendly conditions, so definitely each and every quality spinner and seamer will lose much runs than expectation because pitch doesn't behave according to thier plan. While now thier batting is really a head Ache because none of thier batter has ability to stay long take the inning deeper and build some significant partnership which really help them not only chasedown the required target but make some good target, I think thier aggressive mindset really push them down and lose early on quick important wicket that why they collapse before done something decent.

Oh wow. I did not watch the match between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan and just checked the scorecard and was surprised to see they are almost close. Currently, they need 91 runs from 61 Balls to qualify for the super four. The problem is that Mohammad Nabi is out and he was charging Sri Lankan bowlers with 200 strike rates. Another Afghan batter has to step up like Nabi so they can chase it.

Who thought Afghans will be that much aggressive against Sri Lanka? It's understandable that Sri Lankan bowling line up is not up to the mark at this time. Which is why they are at trouble right now. Interesting match. Gotta go!
