Today is the 10th Asia Cup match of Super Four Zone. This is the second big match which will India play. And India already played a match with Pakistan with great performance. And now they will face the second big team Sri Lanka. So I can't say anything at this time because both teams are good and have good performance in previous matches. So this is really hard to predict at this time. So let's wait for the match.

Tough to believe that India destroyed Pakistan by 200+ runs. Remaining 2 Pakistan batsmen were absent hurt, but they probably would have scored in single digits just like the players before them.

India are the clear favorites to win the Asia Cup now. Bumrah-Kuldeep combo is epic while Rahul continues rocking in the ODI format.

This defeat might turn into a blessing in disguise for Pakistan if they manage to sort things out with their spin department and not rely on pace battery all the time.

Indians have to play another match within the next 12 hours so hope their bodies are recovering well, fair amount of test players in the current ODI setup so one would hope that it's alright.

It's humiliating. The pitch condition were not the optimal but it's a humiliating defeat of the world number 1 ranked team in overall batting and bowling. Nothing worked for them, their bowlers were punished by the Indian batsmen while they were unable to defend against Indian bowlers. It's a new record for highest run defeat humiliation for the Pakistani team on the hands of Indian.
Even if they meet in the finals again, I don't think the Pakistani team would have much improvement. The two teams are in completely different league at the moment. Pakistan would need quite a time to recover and bring the team together.

LOL.. defeat by 228 runs. Even Nepal put up a better performance against India. If you remember, Nepal managed a total of 230 against India and almost succeeded in batting the full 50 overs. On the other hand, Pakistan got blasted out for just 128 runs in 32 overs. This is why we call Pakistan as an unpredictable team. If everything goes in their favor, then they can defeat the no.1 team by big margins. But on even days, they get thrashed like what happened yesterday. First and foremost, they need a quality spinner in their team. Shadab Khan and Iftikhar Ahmed conceded a total of 123 runs in just 15.4 overs.

R. of Colombo.  Batting first after losing the toss at the Premadasa Stadium, Virat Kohli and Lokesh Rahul scored unbeaten centuries. In addition, the Indian team made a huge collection of 356 runs for 2 wickets in exchange for 2 wickets in the 50 overs set by two openers, Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill.Then Nasim Shah and Haris Rauf did not come down to bat in the lower order and Rahul Dravid's disciples won by a huge margin of 228 runs. Yes, today  match was disappointing for the Pakistan team and defeated very badly.

It's really hurt us because Pakistan has a class team always thier performance are phenomenal, today against India they can done more decent then current but unfortunately they can't. I think bad evil eyes really damage us because first we got Haris injured then Naseem and still no idea who will be the next one. No doubt India play a quiality cricket they show his class and especially my favourite player Virat they way he scored his century and then a straight six on last ball was mind-blowing.
Anyway we should support our team because for one match result we can calculate how potential player he is, so it's time for us toh back our team and I am quite sure we will meet India in final again, and i am sure that, that time result will be quite surprising. believe me our player will done thier homework quite decently and will show his class in final.

Yes, i agree that we had a lot of stoppages in this match and seeing a one day match being completed in two days is never entertaining to watch but you have to admit the fact that Pakistan's batting, bowling and fielding, all were below par in this match and India dominated the match right from the beginning.

Even if the match was completed on the first day, the result would have been no different. Isn't?

I am not sure whether Hotstar will be too happy with the way things turned out. Match got stretched over two days, and there were multiple rain interruptions. Although in terms of concurrent users Jay Shah can claim that the viewership was not impacted, but a lot of these viewers dropped out as a result of breaks. It was a great match yesterday, but could have been a much better experience for the viewers.

Another shitty talking point was ticket pricing in Ind vs Pak match.

Did you notice empty stands? One could argue that it happened due to rain but that wasn't the case. 70-80% of tickets went unsold only because of high ticket pricing, Before the match lowest price was $50 bucks and as soon as the match started it went to the usual price of $5. PCB had control over ticket prices as they are the host.

Yesterday Pakistan lost the match against India. This is the 2nd match between Pakistan and India in this Asia Cup. India won the match with 228 runs. The first match between Pakistan and India was played in Kandy.

In Kandy, we saw an amazing bowling performance from Pakistan and we saw only one innings, We saw only India batting but, we didn't see the bowling of India. I think so, The credit for India winning goes to Bumrah.

The match has started and India is batting first as they won the toss. The pitch does favor the side batting first, expecting a similar outcome to yesterday. For India to enter the finals of the Asia Cup they need to either win today or against Bangladesh. They are way ahead in points and NRR, which means Indian players won't be under any pressure.
