If we look at series as whole, WI started brilliantly by beating NZ in 1 st game with outstanding all round performance. After that win, I felt NZ had very little chance of winning series. But in next three games (2 nd, 3 rd and 4 th), WI batting lineup struggled poorly and kept posting below par totals which allowed NZ to make strong bounce back in series. Although WI team won last game in a close finish and it was not enough to change the result of series. If we look more closely, WI team lost every game in which they batted first. In those game, they set very low total of 138, 140 and 188 in 50 overs, making chase easily for NZ team. 

On other hand, WI team won those games in which they successfully chased down target which was posted by NZ team.

On reading the numbers, it does appear that the West Indies were much more comfortable chasing than trying to set a target. With the ball in hand, they mostly lost scoring momentum as middle overs went by, and they never really threatened to close the gap on New Zealand.

The best thing about the first match was how fast things happened after that. West Indies side had looked the better of the two sides at first but as the series went on New Zealand side adjusted much better and made the most of the West Indies batting problems that kept popping up in the team.

West Indies International cricket team have lose this series because they played very bad in this series and New Zealand International cricket team players are in form and they are playing for the team . Mark Chapman played very well in the last match when they tried to chase the total of 188 and their performance was at top in this match. He played 82 Balls in this match and played with strike rate of the 97 in this match and played in the favour of his team. Gudakesh Motie took 5 wickets in this match and they were very close to win this match but they could not take last wicket of New Zealand team.Santner took responsibility of the team because he was present on the crease at the end of the match.

West Indies are currently ranked 10th in the ICC rankings. They are totally uncertain whether they will play the 2027 ODI World Cup and they are likely to play the Qualifiers round of the 2027 ODI World Cup. But still, in the previous one-day World Cup of 2023, Bangladesh failed to qualify cause they lost in the Qualifier Rounds.

Although West Indies won this match by 2 wickets but they have already lost the series. It was a partnership between Sherfane Rutherford and Shimron Hetmyer that help the team reached the target.

I also considered that the West Indies team won two matches when the West Indies had to achieve the target that is if the West Indies had bowled first they would have won the series because the West Indies had lost three matches while batting first. Although I think that if New Zealand could have scored at least 280 runs in this match, they would have won.

There is 115th match of WCL2 is live and Nepal and Namibia are playing this match. And this match is really interesting by the way because I was not expecting that Nepal would show a bad performance like this. The Nepal team got out at 152 runs which is really disappointing moment for Nepal fans. And Namibia is in good position because they are trying to held the wickets and currently they have made 116 runs and only lost 2 wickets and I think they will easily win this match.

Namibia won the toss but decided to bowl first, because they know the pitch will be supportive later. So Nepal came on the ground for their turn, but their performance was very disappointing, batsmane were lethargic in response. One bowler almost handle all the game from Namibia side. It's JJ Smith whose spell was very interesting and very threatening for Nepal's batman. Means batsman felt helpless against his aggressive bowling, he alone collected 6 wickets that's massive contribution. In 50 overs game when a team has many balls but collapsed on low score indicating their worst preparation. Nepal whole team was out on 157 runs. For Namibia game was very easy, Frylink and Van Lingen serious attitude gave the benefit to the team. On the loss of 2 wickets Namibia wrapped up the game. Nepal was not happy today but they have to give strong come back in upcoming series.

There is no difference in the target in the first match and the second match and West Indies has victory those matches by playing very well and their bowling was also very tough in these matches and their batting also did not waste the victory. When West Indies batsmen batted first, they were not given a target above 200, while in the first and last match, they achieved a target of 268 runs. New Zealand played very well in these 3 matches while West Indies had a good chance in which they were batting, but they were controlled by the bowling and they had to lose the series.

Pakistan Women vs Sri Lanka Women ODI Series

This series matters for points, both sides are making their way towards World Cup 2029 as part of the Championship period.

Sri Lanka are currently ranked 6th in the ODI rankings with Chamari Athapaththu at the head of the side with home advantage. The Sri Lanka spin attack, made up of Inoka Ranawewar, will pose a danger on home soil, as Sri Lanka has been in great form.

Pakistan are in eighth position, but have beaten Zimbabwe 3-0 in their last ODI series and so come with confidence. Fatima Sana is leader for the side and Nashra Sandhu will be the name to watch out for as the changes she can play on slow Sri Lankan pitches will be very important.

Pakistan Women vs Sri Lanka Women ODI Series

ODI series between Pak-W and SL-w team has started today and my favorite team in this series is Pak-W. They did not disappoint me today and lived up to my hopes by winning 1 st odi game by 5 wickets. In this game, biggest turning point was Pak's successful chase where batswomen Gull and Sidra put significant pressure on SL-W's bowling lineup. Gull’s 78 run and Sidra’s 57 run in opening partnership helped PAk-W handle batting lineup brilliantly and kept team stable.

On other side, SL-W team did not perform well in death overs where their players failed to hodl at crease for long time and did not make good runs. Next challenge for SL-w team will be to focus on improving their bat-line effort because their 1 st game target was not enough to win. For gamblers, choosing team in this game must have been very complicated and best of luck to both team for next challenging games.

West Indies batted first in 3 matches in this series and they were defeated in those matches, which means that when New Zealand batsmen batted, their target and effort were enough high, due to which West Indies had to fail in these matches.

West Indies needs to improve their batting. It has been so bad in all the previous games, especially the main focus must be to play a long innings and they need to understand how to play in partnership or play defensive cricket.  In the last three games that West Indies lost, their batsmen failed to bat all fifty overs and this is the last chance that West Indies have to make a good ending to the series.

What a finish! Series final match was close game in which West Indies chased an unlikely target to win series 3-2. With West Indies coming out guns blazing, they had to settle for 268/9 as they came to 69/6 in the 10 overs. Senior pair of Sherfane Rutherford with 61 runs and Shimron Hetmyer with 69 runs provided finishing touch to the chase before all the drama in dying moments as Rutherford, Motie, Forde and Joseph were all caught in quick row that could have handed New Zealand an amazing win. But Hetmyer held his nerve to see West Indies home in 47.3 overs. Even though side lost Jayden Lennox was Player of the Series for picking up 14 wickets, which was an amazing performance all-round. Drama in the end as West Indies get the win in the series three games to two.

Sherfane Rutherford played very well in this match and he hit 5 sixes and 2 fours in this match which was an excellent inning by that player and he played with strike rate of 105 in this match.Shimron Hetmyer performance was also brilliant in this match and he hit 4 sixes and 2 fours in this match and he made 69 runs in this match and he was not out till end which was top class performance by that player. Jacob Duffy gave more runs in this match and that was a big reason they lose this match at the end but he took 3 wickets in this match which doesn't matter on the success of opponent team. Jayden Lennox also took 3 wickets in this match And he gave only 35 runs in this match.

ODI series between Pak-W and SL-w team has started today and my favorite team in this series is Pak-W.

The target was very low in this match and today cricket is not of 210 and 220 because pitches are not favourable for bowlers and bowlers have to give their full effort to take wickets and Pak W cricket team was at full potential and they took early wickets and Sri Lankan W cricket team was favorite because their country has more freedom for Women and they should try to win this match and their effort was not perfect to win this match.
When you are playing ODI cricket, you have to set at least 280 runs if you want to make match fighting And bowlers will defend with passion but when batters did nothing and made a low score then bowlers will have no energy to win the match and we saw that kind of situation in this match and Gull Feroza was top performer of this game but she should try to make century in this match. Fatima Sana was happy because they won their first match after the World cup in which their performance was very bad.

Pakistan Women vs Sri Lanka Women

The performance of all the players was also very good, in which one of them scored a century, whose name is Sidra Amin, and in this match, five of their players were out, but their opponent was Sri Lanka Women, who looked quite attractive in this match, who completed their target in 46 overs and won this match. Vishmi Gunaratne who is the Sri Lankan opener, scored 123 run. In addition there is another player who scored 100run her name is Harshitha Samarawickrama and similarly, Sri Lanka won this match by eight wickets and 19 ball. The reason for the failure of Pakistan Women is that they batted well but did not pay any special attention to bowling due to which the other team was quite relaxed and they easily achieved the target given to them.

If they had played with planning and taken time to settle, then the conditions should have behaved differently, and maybe they would have made 250 runs.
As we looked at the Nepal team players' performance, only 2 players scored well in runs if we compare with other players. So these runs were not too good but a little better.
Since the opponent team had more time and could make changes, they did so and faced this total very well. They had great communication with their partners, so they used this advantage and executed the plan they had made and won the match with a great victory.

Sri Lanka Women incredible comeback performance surprise everyone and it shows how quickly things can change in cricket industry. After Pakistan Women won the first ODI match, many expected from them to continue the same momentum. But when the second match started, it told completely different story. Pakistan made 273 runs including Sidra Amin's brilliant century but their happiness didn't last untill the end cause Sri Lanka Women chased it down without any major trouble and won the match with 8 wickets in hand. Vishmi Gunaratne and Harshitha played outstanding innings. Their centuries showed that rough situations can be converted into Victory.  This is why cricket is unpredictable; where one match can change the whole scenario. Now the series decider match will be more interesting because both teams have shown ability they can beat each other.

Mate, just a small correction. It wasn't the 115th ODI. it was the 116th ODI where Nepal played the match against Namibia. The 115th Odi match was cancelled cause the pitch was in a dangerous condition which making it unsafe for batters. That's why umpires decided to stopped that match. Well in the 116th match, Nepal played bad against Namibia and lost badly where Namibia got the easy victory. Afterwards, Nepal played their next match(117th ODI) against Netherlands. Coincidently nepal did the same 157 runs but get defeated by Netherlands. It seems Nepal is really a weak team and they need to develop more and build better Strategy to win a match against their opponent. They won 11matches out of 30 and their current rank is fifth where USA is standing top in the qualifying table where they got victory in 21 matches. This series is going to be more exciting in upcoming days.

This is the hard work and good margin of victory of the batsmen which they have achieved and will continue to do so. Although if you look at it, the batsmen did not give a very strong target by scoring 225 runs in 50 overs, which led to their victory. The Nepal bowlers tried enough well in bowling but could only score 168 runs in batting. The bowlers tried well and hard, due to which they victory by a big margin. Nepal should change themselves so that their team is strong and they can play well against the Netherlands and other teams and victory. This is Nepal's own weakness which has forced them to play so big, they should play with good effort so that their team can victory. The Nepal batsmen showed carelessness due to which they could have achieved an easy target.

Yes, the Netherlands won by 57 runs. But they started inning very poorly because they lost some wickets early. 4 wickets they lost early and at 4th wicket they scored low runs and played more dot balls. After that they overcome this weak point and build partnership. Scott and croes took responsibility and made the team strong with their great performance. Although they played little slow but at this condition the runs were important so they fulfilled this requirement and overall they could succeed to make 255 runs.
Nepal team side, they bowled well but in batting side they showed poor performance. Just Aasif and Rohit scored well runs, the other players could not play responsible role for team and they lost back to back wickets and lost the match.
