Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Yes I've been using SmartMixer for months as my mixer for personal transactions. I've never had any hassle while using their service. I visited the announcement thread and cast my vote.

You have to be a little patient if the time you raised your ticket is not beyond 48 hours... I know it can be frustrating sometimes especially if you were carrying out a transaction and you wanted to be performed within a certain period of time. But there is no need to worry, I believe your issue will be sorted out soon.

Did you include the letter of guarantee in your support ticket? If you did, you issue will be worked on faster than if you did not include the letter of guarantee.

Recently used the bitcoin cash mixer and  works very well. Using it since a few months already and you have never disappointed me. Glad that one mixer with Bitcoin Cash works properly.
