4.) The obvious lie. 7 from total 11 merits was sent to Smart man. And he actively defended this scamer.

As I said, all this surprised me, so I decided to look at these users more closely.

sergey1980 not banned, so he obviously managed to clear the history of his posts - 144 posts deleted. With a total remaining quantity of 291. But the information that is enough to draw conclusions about him.

Everything your title says is definitely not trustworthy. However, it's all subjective. Whom you think is a scammer will not necessarily be approved by the community. Looking at your case, you sort of have evidence to support it but of course, others have the freedom to accept/reject it.

wx34scx was banned on 10/24/2018 as per BPIP and markiz73 was still posting and active until May 09, 2019, which means he was ban evading for an long amount of time without notice.

I am just amazed to see good number of people opposing his ban here. Something looks fishy !  
I even think @KTChampions has a point here and its worth considering.

It was my mistake, I added wrong profile url for wx34scx which might have confused you, but wx34scx has more posts not just one if you see. I have edited my post with the correct profile link.

I think that fact that hacker1001101001 is / was banned for 60 days+2 year signature has nothing with this thread. Problem here is that one of allegedly accused users from OP (sergey1980) is saying something like : "How can a plagiarist say anything about anything", and in this case to point finger in other user of this forum.

It is true that he plagiarized other user post, but from what is presented here, he is not get perma-ban, but instant 60 days +2 years ban.

I agree with The Pharmacist that OP is presented decent evidence, but any accused member is have chance to defend himself, although I admit that this is not the case with banned members (they can only post in Meta).

Good way of defending yourself by attacking others, you are just digging your own hole here nothing else. I saw your post earlier about you being unhappy with my temp ban, but didn't bothered to post there as it would be against the rule from my part when I was banned. I was temp banned by the global mod himself before starting the ban appeal thread, it was because I am not here to spam the forum like you, yes I made a mistake when I was new here but, I have accepted my punishment, have gone through a 2 months long temp ban and still bearing the signature ban at the same time helping people fight scammers and keep the forum clean as much as I can. You are just a ban evader as per I see.

How would you explain the connecting address and the registration time overlaps you have with your favourite merit senders and receivers, its straight merit farming here and an solid proof of you being an alt.

Yes, I see.

The address was used by both markiz73 and wx34scx. markiz73 has also used the same address in one of the yahoo62278's bounty and you could find it in the spreadsheet here. Both of them have merited each other for some stupid and shitty posts if you see. At the same time you too have merit connecting with both of them, and the interesting thing is you and the banned culprit were registered on the same day with pretty less time gap. All of the above things direct the connecting of all three being the same user, some one with single figured IQ would easily see the connections.

You can continue to discuss banned participants, they still will not answer you. This is so mean.

Or you could say we are discussing ban evaders like you here. Adminstration should surely check your IP connections, I am sure you are the same person and you too should be banned.

It is your opinion. I have a different opinion. I believe that if someone writes me and promises that I will have at least 2 enemies (and he speaks on behalf of another person - as sergey1980 speaks on behalf of the markiz73), then I regard this as a threat and suspicious behavior.

Non of those member's feedback appear to me by default , someone I trust must have excluded them, and I do trust the judgment of everyone in my trust list, so I don't take those guys claims seriously,  but again non of their feedback state that he is a serial scammer.




I don't know any of those guys you are accusing, but I am trying to help you out in understanding that things don't really work this way around here, while someone may be tagged for using the word "Lemon", most decent DT members won't take your claims and opinions seriously if there is no solid evidence.
