OP, as you can see we still have a lot of time before the end of the year and in crypto anything can happen, so all hope is not lost yet. Let us wait and see if those speculation will be true after all.

Well for one it was possible for the altcoins to get to their ATH during the last quarter of 2017 up to the initial slump of 2018 so I guess in my own speculation there would be a second "rennaisance" for cryptocurrency within the next 2 - 3 years. So if you want fast buck with cryptocurrency then you need to learn how to deal with day trading or short term trading where you can earn profits in hours every day. And that is the easy side. Others use ecommerce to earn cryptos.

Most of the time, I have noticed bitcoin always do opposite of what people are predicting. When bitcoin was 1300$ this year, alot of people are already expecting 20000$, some are even predicting 50000$. In my view I always believe doing opposite of what people are predicting in this space is way to go by.

I'm trying to be patient as well and I have to admit that it is indeed painful to see BTC not making any progress, but it being stable and not falling off so hard considering all the FUD's going on, we're still in a pretty good shape. I'm not really stressing out with that topic and would rather focus on other areas where I can get profits such as this IEO-like offering which lets you get access to tokens on a pre-sales like price. I'll be playing patient and expect a huge uptick once we get to the halvening season next year. |

It is all speculation.
Although the sentiments are bullish, it can still upturn to a bearish trend. I wouldn't say btc is doing poorly like you've stated, rather it is consolidating, price are not meant to be going up all the time, there should be need for correction and consolidation while going up so we don't end up in a bubble burst.

maybe the reason why prices in the market are down is because demand is far less than the offers on the market. on the other hand negative news is also one of the things that can affect the value of coins in the market, but I'm still sure the price of bitcoin can go up again. Stay patient in the current market situation

not only for the past few days but since the beginning of 2019 the price in the market has been unstable. I think that's just a prediction if the end of the year rises to $ 20,000. that must be understood that crypto is fluctuating where prices can change significantly from time to time without us knowing it. |

Well, for me I think there's no bad days on the world of cryptocurrencies. You just need to know how to take advantage of the prices being low at the moment. Like buying as much altcoins that you can buy then hold it until their price rises. |

I think that all the days in the life of cryptocurrencies are good. Because they are. And the fact that prices change in one way or the other is a normal situation and it will continue forever. On this is the market so that the prices are minus from you here nothing depends.
This will continue, but volatility will decline as market capitalization increases. It is very difficult to manipulate coins when it has a large capitalization. look at the gold. |

I guess the bad days for crypto slowly has changed, and now, we are going to see the good days for crypto. The market now has changed too and the price of the cryptocurrency trying to recover. Although the bitcoin market still changes from a lower price into a higher price, slowly, the price will increase into the higher price. I'm sorry, but what on earth makes you think that we are in "bad days"?
The market this year has gone up more than 300%!
If you have this mentality that unless it goes up 1000%, then it's bad, then you will probably never get much profit.
For btc, the price fluctuations you mentioned are totally normal.
Look at the percentages, because bitcoin is such a high price even just 1% increase/decrease will move the price substantially.
But it always recovers.
The only thing I would consider bad is if btc crashed again down to $3500.
Which, in case you forgot, was where it was at just last december.

It has not really been a good moment for crypto generally this season. As a matter of facts, many crypto investors seem to be discouraged because of consistent decrease in the market price of most coins. As regards the price of btc, it has actually not being stable for a more rewarding price level . Nonetheless, there is still a high possibility that before this year runs out, things will change for better. Not only will btc attain around $20,000 ,the eth itself would have increased greatly in price so the increase in price of the two coins will be simultaneous. Let us hope for the best for crypto before the end of the year.

Price of Bitcoin correlates with the price of the altcoins and this correlation has a long history. After the increase of the crypto market, the traders caught on the FOMO and started to buy the altcoins from high prices. The differences are obvious but there is no way to catch these price "exploit centers" on the crypto exchanges, to be honest. |

With BTC everything is possible, couple of weeks ago BTC price was around 3500$ and look now at the charts. I think we should have patience. |
