Actually we reached $12K usd and that is because of the Libra hype I guess, no ETF yet as all ETF has just been delayed or disapprove.
This month, there was a big pump that suddenly bring the price back to $10K before it settles now at $9K and there was no hype at all prior to this, but maybe its the china news but that was all about blockchain in general that they will to develop in their country.

Libra hype and all other hype is called hype because it is designed to push temporarily and then run out of steam.

Price bursts are built on hype, but steady price growth is what we will look for, and Bitcoin can do this on its own without hype and without Zuckerberg, as the years have already proven.

If you are focusing on shit coins in the market then all the shit coin market is dead for more than a year and not in the past six months alone but if you look at the top coins in the markets there was a drastic rise in the price in the past few months and if you are not able to notice then it is a complex puzzle . China showed interest in blockchain and not bitcoin, if you are adding news then you are not going to earn any profits in any market as you need to understand the facts what they said and not to add things that suites you.

I am not so sure I understand the China FOMO, yes there were some statements which indicate they are interested in the blockchain technology and it seems they will release their own coin, but it is not like they are adopting bitcoin or any other decentralized currency, China is doing what it can to take control of their citizens in the best way they know how, by limiting their options, I could be wrong but when investors finally realize that China is not really interested in this market the price could go down.

I actually don't see it as a negative thing. Cryptocurrency is volatile and is always changing its value so we can't take control of it. We only have to wait for good events that could happen in crypto world and wait for the best value that both altcoins and Bitcoin to reach.  Changes could happen anytime and we must deal with it.

Some people sees the bad days as negative approach but they probably haven't met the baddest days. They don't see this as a normal thing for crypto's feature of being volatile. If the market's shape is so bad,many starts to tell that this market is bad as well. But if the days are lighter and it starts to shapen up perfectly, they will never tell a thing but all good things about crypto. That's what the others approach within the market.

Today things are a little stale, but that's pretty normal. They're still not far from where they shot up to. Bitcoin shot up to $10k the other day and then levelled out around 9,000 and has been slowly climbing up since then, but that was to be expected. I predicted it in another post. Yeah i also can earn profits from this current market condition, bitcoin is on calm state and this is the best time to trade some good alts.
This market condition is much better than market condition back in 2018 when everybody shoutout scam projects and market looks so chaos because investors leaving.

I also think that bitcoin price will be under 15k$ at the end of 2019, possible to be 12k but who know for sure, and i think the bad days for crypto started from 2018 and continue until we have the grow of bitcoin this year from 3500+$ to over 10k$.

Since I rarely look at bitcoin's price chart, I tend to forget that it hasn't made much progress in a long time.  I would have thought it hadn't seen the $9500 level since before the summer but I guess I'm wrong.

It won't be reaching $20,000 this year, I think that can be ruled out.

Next year should be better I would think, and even if you look at the market for bitcoin and alts, they both seem to be bouncing back quite a bit and at the very least neither one is dropping anymore, at least for now.

The crypto market price move in a dynamic trend so it current price momentum can't be use to judge the trend that will happen in future but nothing much should be expected in this year market.

I am glad the market conditions have finally changed, 2018 was a very difficult year and I have no doubt that many investors got out of the market and probably are never coming back, but it seems this time around most investors have learned their lesson, the market has recovered and this recovery showed in the top coins while most small projects got nothing out of it, I am just sad for those that have not learned their lesson yet and keep investing in icos expecting huge levels of profits that may never come.

Nothing has changes science the last bull trend, and this is just disappointing. No project has made it to go to the top and to replace any dominating crypto currency. The only coin that is doing fine is Bitcoin.

Actually, the price of different cryptocurrencies are now have a lot of improvement unlike in the last couple of months where the price of bitcoin is around 3000$. I guess its quite hard to achieve the 20,000$ because at this current day the price of bitcoin is still remain at the price of 9100$ to 9300$. Lastly, if ever we achieve that price at the end of this year we should expect that before the bitcoin halving we can see a new bull run and bitcoin might set new all-time high price.
