It is hard to predict but a good thing to believe and hope for better days ahead. Bitcoin and any other altcoin are subjected to high volatility. Hence at the end of the day, is either you lose big or make some high profit as you desire.  Anticipating for a year for BTC to hit $20K is very feasible.

This tittle of the thread was misleading me that i thought you were hate bitcoin and says future not clear but apparently you're one from some of people who too dare sold all of your wealth and putting your money to bitcoin but the future sometimes beyond out from our expectation and i wish you will prepare to facing the worst scenario in bitcoin because future of crypto is very unpredictable

Well that is what it is, it is an alternative to fiat, and even if we are using it as digital assets, it is still going to be an alternative to it also, and the main concept of bitcoin is to be an alternative, so anyone that is making it the only source of payment and investment should be sole responsible for his actions on whatever happen through the crypto, that is why it is stated to be a risky investment and never should anyone take some risk that is not worth it, like risk of taking loan, although the system of utility of bitcoin is really worth it and the investment of it could also be worth it, but cannot be all the time, there are times that the system will not work in our direction or to our expectation, so we have to know how to deal with that then.

it is an interesting or risky decision but it seems you are really determined to do that by guaranteeing your place of residence to buy lots of Bitcoin. in my opinion it's good and requires patience extra to wait for the price of Bitcoin tocan go up by $ 20K in next year. if the news source that you see does not in accordance with what happened, then what will you do with your BTC?

First of all I would say that it takes a lot of guys to do what you did, Congratulations on that. Secondly, I'm too sure that bitcoins will increase upto 20k this Christmas but we can't really be sure of that although it's the highest probability.

None of us can really be sure of that, and we hope that it does increase to that, but I doubt if the market makers will see it get to that because I am still scared that we might enter the bear market too soon if the value suddenly shots up to the $20k, because of the pending trades that we have on the last bull run.

You remember that many people bought at that peak price, and all they are waiting for right now to correct that mistake is to see bitcoin grow to $20k, the moment that bitcoin grows to $20k, I have this feelings that majority of them will want to quickly  recover their trapped funds, and by the time we have massive dumping, it would also create panic for the rest and could make the bitcoin return back to bear market prematurely.

The decision he made was actually a right one, but I feel he went about achieving it in a wrong way, the worst thing he can ever do is to take loan for such a high volatile market, and we all know that loan has a time frame, we could say that bitcoin will rise to that $20k next year and would not rise, may be the upper year which might have made him loose his house already, and for an investment that you are getting times 2x, I am not sure that it was worth all the risk that much.

The best would have been for him to put little saving into it and allow it to grow even if it does not have to be much, and I feel greed is still what made him sell everything to want to get 2x first. If I were him, as I put the $40k, if it increases to like $50k, what I would do is to remove the $40k to pay and then continue with the remaining $10k to invest with more.

Yeah, it's much possible BTC could increase to 20k or even more than that some people are saying it will hit 50k till 2022. No one exactly knows where it will go. If there are only 10% chances of coming down, but not having a backup plan is not a good thing for an investor to survive.
