Bitcoin or LTC ?

Bitcoin is still the best coin for trading, the volatility that is measured in thousands of dollars up or down, what other coins can be so profitable like Bitcoin is? You can`t find them! Short term or long term, Bitcoin is the best, it always bounces back after drop, when it rises enough there will be a new drop again.
Take a look at charts, if you can find any other coin that can be compared with Bitcoin let me know.

for Litecoin.. in my opinion, is very suitable for long-term investment, not good enough to be used as a short-term investment.

I am not sure that anyone will be arguing that at all with everything most people have seen in the market on the development of bitcoin and there isn't much point to even be comparing them both, bitcoin will always reign ahead of them in everything but we need to also fully understand that there are sometimes that altcoins too could be extremely profitable.

One thing that I do notice about altcoins is that if they want to increase, they can really increase far more than what bitcoin can even get to at once, but they are not always sustained, their increase is very seasonal unlike bitcoin that could go low and high severally within a very short space of time, so investment in both of them would really be the wisest choice for people to make.

Whatever you do short-term trading or long-term trading the point is would you only buy coins? Tbh, if you really want to do trading then you can trade on any coin whatever its LTC or BTC. I think altcoins are also good for trading they are in a down trend just keep on selling them, you need profits no matter where it comes from buying or selling.

As a trader you need to follow the asset or assets that are presenting the biggest volatility so you can profit from their movements and in this market there is no doubt that the best investment is bitcoin, forget about altcoins for the time being and only give your attention to them once it is clear we are in an altcoin season.

Litecoin is a great cryptocurrency and it have promising potential, but I prefer to keep holding BTC right now because it is the safest coin and the most profitable. Op heading mislead some response that many has given here! I think he is asked of bitcoin cash, litecoin and ethereum, the best one to hedge against usdt. He is thinking according to my on judgment that "bitcoin has gone to far and as such there is no much profits in hedging or trading it against usdt but you can still trade bitcoin cash or litecoin against and makes good profits". I will prefer to trading litecoin/usdt than with bitcoin cash!...

Bitcoin has become the main choice for trading and also for long-term holding and we cannot escape it. LTC was lost to me when its creator sold everything. He knew what to do and sold when it was high and his announcement made the price fall even more.

You are saying this because you are probably trying to be sentimental about it because of your investment in Litecoin that you are trying to protect, many of us knows how Litecoin has failed many of its investors, they are already lacking the vision and I though their claim was that they are alternative of bitcoin, at least Litecoin still had some hypes before the bear market.

If they had functioned very well and satisfied those that were with them then, I am sure that by now, tings would have turned around for their market, but for over how may years now, I have not really seen much development from Litecoin other than the recently concluded haling which was nothing but just a shadow of themselves, so my brother, there is absolutely no way you should compared both.
