What your family thinks about that you into crypto

Hello everyone, good morning, yesterday I had a conversation with my family about crypto(BTC if we being specific).

Im HODL for a long time now, and really believe that in the end crypto actually do fly to do moon( More about Moon:)

my family thinks its a bullshit, and think that im wasting my time and money. I try to explain it countless of times and it seems that is simply imposable for to them to understand

So, im just curious what your family/friends think about it?

My family thinks what i am doing is temporary and Bitcoin is just an investment that is good for a short period of time.
Although they know that what i have now came from my Bitcoin related jobs and investments.

They supports me thanks to that I am in this situation, they say as long as it does not violate any rules that could put me in jail and give our family names problems then it is a go. Addition to that I make extra income out of it so it doubled the benefit for me. One day my father got serious on how does the blockchain works but when I told him the basics he got confused and surrendered, maybe I will wait for to come to me again and ask about it again, but I think it would happen if being in the crypto would make me rich.

They are still following the "...don't understand what the point is of imaginary magic internet money..." just like so many people out there. However, I believe (like a lot of people on this forum) that it's just a matter of time before more people start to understand and easily adopt crypto into their everyday lives. Likely this will happen without them even knowing it.

Well every person has different point of view and different opinion. Since they do not know about cryptocurrencies don't tell it again to your relatives because if they go into it for sure you are the one to be blame once they lose their money. But the good thing about it if they see you become successful in crypto industries I'm pretty sure they will become interested. Most of the time the negative side is the only one noticed by the others.

I have no problem with my family, I am supporting my family with the income I've got from trading, bounty hunting, and investment, in fact, I'm teaching my family how to use Cryptocurrency, it's a good opportunity for your children, because they can make make a better life here if they can go this early.

Same here with me, crypto has been more like my full time job and it has been paying me. There are several opportunities that I have seen in cryptocurrency, some are Long-term, some are short term, trading is still the most popular opportunity that I have seen in cryptocurrency, and the good thing about impacting the trading knowledge that we have on our younger ones, is that they will always use it at any time to generate money, and it can also be useful at other markets.

I didn’t start cryptocurrency trading now, I started with Forex trading and the experience that I gathered in Forex is what I took to the cryptocurrency and has been useful to me till date. Any understanding family would really give all the supports that is necessary for you to trade successfully.

Well, I was questioned a lot during the initial stages when I first joined crypto and told my family to invest in it. They thought I was now involved in a scam activity because they had read negative articles from the media and government on how cryptocurrency can be used to launder money. But today, they understand the principles with which the market works and are the first ones to notify me on when to buy more.

You are not alone facing the same issue. My family still believed that investing, promoting and engaging in the crypto space is totally waste of time. They have advised me severally to go and find something else to do, but the end will surely justify the race.

My family knows all about bitcoin and crypto. Hence some of my family used bitcoin is some payment transaction like paying bills and buying loads. In my family circle and also with my friend, we are aware of the used of crypto and the advantages and disadvantages the used of it.

Wow. Good for you! Hope all families are open to this kind of emerging technology and not think of it as a complete waste of time. You surely feel good that there are many people close to you who have the same feeling whenever btc's price go up or down, right? I just think that having somebody who supports and understands you in what you're doing (especially crypto) is such a blessing. So do you guys bond and talk about price predictions?

Well, at first, when I told them that I am trying to enter the crypto world, specifically bitcoin world they didn't believe that it will really work. they always say that it was just a scam but when I started to earn a crypto they pushed me to learn more about it, how will I profit in it.

My family has been supportive about it. They do encourage me to invest more on altcoin. Cryptocurrency has been a safe heaven for me, and am paying my family bills with it

At first my family told me that most of what Im doing is a scam and I should stop doing it since they've heard it on news, also some people are also talking about it being a scam and I might go to jail because of it. Its been years since that and I am still here, right now they don't really hate crypto, they just trusted me that much and told me I know what I am doing.

At first people doubt about crypto, including your own family. Even many users are told to leave bitcoin because their families think that crypto will only hurt them. it depends on how good you convince your family that crypto is not as bad as they think and give proof of what you have got, that's what I did to my family and my family is very supportive of what I do in crypto.

It was exactly my family, who convinced me that I should not stop dealing with Bitcoin. They believe in a good scenario when humanity will gradually come to the use of Bitcoin and refuse national currencies, as well as the functions of the states themselves. Such a peaceful transition to the new economy is possible, but it may take 30, 50, or even more years. Our kids might see it.

That's their first impression that is why we should tell them and clarify their doubts. We know more about crypto and we don't care what they are saying as long as they never bothered us what we do. It soon they will realize it and clear their minds, only we give them time to think of it.
It is not a problem for us either they believe or not, crypto is not a scam but sadly people used its name to scam others.

Great, and we should them results too, usually, people believes when they see proof, and that is good results if we speak of crypto.
My family does not even bother to ask me anymore, I told them once already but I never told everything as I know they won't be able to absorb everything and crypto is quite complicated for an average person since it's not widely accepted yet.
